Smoking friendly holiday rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

Loic and his father are very kind and attentive. When I arrived Loic’s father was there to greet me and when I asked him where a few things were he was kind enough to walk me around. The beach is very close, the neighborhood is quiet, it is a 50minute walk to downtown Nice or a 13 minute drive. The bath was perfect after long days of exploring the riviera. I prefer being away from the hustle and bustle, this was perfectly located. JM burgers is down the hill and I’d enjoy espresso from them every morning.

Convenient Location. The room was perfect for me. The comments about the bed concerned me before my stay, but I didn’t notice its problem. On the other hand, I have to note that the surrounding area seems a little bit noisy due to traffic and people hanging out especially at night. Since I brought my ear plug, it didn’t bother me. All in all, I am very satisfied.

Sebastien is really nice. And the room is clean. We like it.

This apartment has everything one needs for a great stay in nice. It is large enough to host 5-6 people comfortably, is across the street from the tram, one block from a grocery store, and has great views of the Mediterranean Sea! The beach is walkable. Old Nice is only a 10-15 minute ride away on a Pace E-bike. The hosts are very responsive and provide great service. We highly recommend this location!!

Wonderful stay! I had a fantastic experience staying here. The home was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and thoughtful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the snacks, local tips, great coffee, etc. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Lovely and private villa with a great view and huge pool. The rooms are spread out across three different parts of the house. Definitely needs a car to get around. Fast and convenient check-in , good amenities. We would be happy to visit again!

A successful stay at Jeremy's beautiful home. A very responsive host when we had a little problem with the gate, and very accommodating when it came to our late arrival time! quality bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, and the major asset, the very pleasant outdoors!

Morgan is a very responsive host and his apartment is stunning. The scenery and view from the balcony is incredible. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds in each, easily enough room for a party of 6. Check-in and Check-out were extremely smooth (a massive thanks to Morgan's father for helping us check in earlier). You'll feel right at home and welcomed, I look forward to booking again when I next visit Nice.

We had a great time at Joelle's place. The apartment is well equipped and well located for going to the beach or taking transport. The residence is quiet and well secured, underground parking is a real plus because it is very difficult to park in Nice in summer. We were able to travel with our cat who really enjoyed the small terrace and balcony. During a future stay in Nice we will take over this apartment without hesitation! Thank you!!

Excellent value for money. Very large apartment, very well cared for, with everything very clean and tidy. The area is unbeatable with the beach and downtown nearby, and the tram to the airport right next door, with streets with public (paid) parking right there. Elevator that was always working perfectly. The appliances are modern and well maintained. Hosts always had wonderful communication! On a personal level, I was uncomfortable with the spring mattress (something hard as you have some back or neck problem), but I slept on the couch, it's very comfortable haha

We just loved the location! We love walking, so it was nice around 30minutes walk to the old town. The tram was close so it was easy to get from/to airport. Luckily we had earplugs, because there was a lot of noice from the street and around the building (for example the elevator. Bed and pillows were really comfortable for our taste, not too fluffy.

Amazing apartment. Maria was very welcoming and helpful. The view was breathtaking. We really enjoyed our stay :)
