Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Stunning place, we loved every bit of our stay. Dominique couldn’t have been better, he was so accommodating and welcoming. The house itself was perfectly charming and even better than the photos which don’t do it justice. We will absolutely be visiting again! Thank you to Dominique for your hospitality.

My boyfriend and boy had some fantastic days at Jalils place. They loved the atmospher. Jalil was really sweet and helpful with flexible check out. They will recommend this place a lot. Note they had a car for driving to Cannes and Monaco.

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

Valérie was a very good host! She has prepared maps, towels and basket for the beach. The garden was beautiful and the rooms were comfy. It's a little tiring to walk up the hill to the house every day though. Anyway, we had great time there! Merci!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

AMAZING ! this place was better than the pictures - the most beautiful place i’ve stayed ! inside of house has plenty of space really clean comfy beds ! outdoor is idelic clean pool, huge garden space and tranquil surroundings. we got buses into town its self - bus stop very near the house and about a 40 minute drive on bus. The hosts were amazing very good at communicating and replying to our messeges always happy to help, very accommodating. 10/10 experience thanks you so much

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

I can’t stress enough two things: 1) how great of a host Patrick is, and how accommodating and kind he is 2) how incredible this location is. Literally a stones throw away the beach and promenade. Trust all of his recommendations for where to go and what to eat and be ready for an incredible trip. This was easily the best leg of a long European summer we had, and this was our absolutely favorite spot. Will definitely be back!

The place is spacious and clean, equipped with many appliances, and surrounded by friendly neighbors. It is conveniently located near the city's attractions, the sea, and has excellent public transport. The public transport system easily connects you to the airport and back. We enjoyed our stay in Nice and are looking forward to returning. Thank you!

The house is very clean and in a great location, right across from the beach. My friends and I love it! The host is also very friendly. I highly recommend staying here when you come to Nice.

We had a lovely stay at Carole's. Location is an easy walk to Old Town , shopping area , beach , train station , all within 10 minutes. You are also spoilt for choice with many surrounding restaurants , we particularly enjoyed one a block or so away called Piccolo Mondo , La Trattoria was also good just down the road. The flat is very spacious and we felt very safe with good security doors on the entrance. It has a lovely little balcony that you can sit and enjoy the surroundings and a lift which was helpful with heavy baggage. The king bed was comfortable and the furnishings/amenities in the flat ( fridge , washing machine , air con , tv etc ) were modern and good quality. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious one bedroom , well positioned home in the middle of Nice.

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

The apartment was very clean and stylishly furnished The communication with the host was very good. The area where the apartment is located in the first picture is not so beautiful and clean but is very central and everything is within walking distance.

Great stay at a fabulous two storey penthouse apartment in Nice. Very spacious, clean, well decorated with all the necessary amenities. The best of course was the great view of the beach and sea, there is no issue like one of the previous reviews. You have a clear view of the sea and most of the beach even though the apartment is on the second road away from the beach. The place is a little far from the old town, which should be obvious when you book it. But there is a tram stop literally outside the building entrance and can get to the old town in about 20 minutes, and the airport is even closer about 10 minutes away. Also the benefit is the beach is not crowded here. Things to know: there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms, the other rooms can get warm in the sun. There is a steep spiral staircase to the main level with the kitchen and dining room, not suitable for those with mobility issues. Overall, I highly recommend this for a quiet, peaceful stay.
