Apartment holiday rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

This is a beautiful apartment! It is clean, comfortable, well appointed and incredibly enjoyable. Sandra is helpful and responsive. The stunning view of the sea is out of every window. You see the sunrise from the shower and the sunset from the primary bedroom. The huge terrace is perfect for meals and relaxing. The kitchen is very functional. There is a washer/dryer combo. The building is in a gated complex so very safe. The neighborhood is a short tram ride from the center of the city and old Nice and a 15 minute walk from the seaside Prom des Anglais. Happily recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Remario’s Airbnb! It’s a beautiful place with a fully equipped kitchen. It’s also in such a great location - close to the train station and also in walking distance to the beach. Remario’s communicate was really great and responsive. We would happily stay here again and hope to be back!

This home is one of the best ones we’ve been too. The location is great. Steps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The home had air conditioning which seems to be a rare treat in Europe. It also had a very nice new kitchen and two new bathrooms. We also enjoyed the morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean view. Very nice place. We would definitely book this place again if we come back to Nice. Also Hanna was very responsive and helpful.

After using airbnb for more than 10 years and traveling to more than 60 countries, this is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Very stylish room, world-renowned brand furniture, view was amazing! I will definitely come back if I get a chance! The room has a lot of small details, very worthwhile!

The apartment is superior and has a million dollar view. It is not too far from the central Nice. Meanwhile we could walk across the street and go for a swim and walk. David who checked us in was wonderful. He went beyond the standard process to help us check-in. We are able to park the car about a block and a half away. We feel safe walking late at night. There are restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. The items in the house have all the essentials to stay comfortably in the apartment. The apartment is clean. Appliances appear to be recently upgraded. Washing machine and dish washers are quiet when in use. Opening the door to the apartment was quite challenging for us. But once we figured out, it was ok. The host gave us instructions including opening the door. Pay attention to the direction of turning the key in the door in the instruction. Dont do more.

My stay in Laure's wonderful apartment was a dream. It was even nicer than the pictures. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. The design is so lovingly crafted that even the towels match in color. I always had a contact person. Souhir warmly welcomed me and showed and explained everything wonderfully. In seconds, I felt like I was at home. Laure was also there for me when planning the trip. The apartment is perfectly accessible. You can quickly get to the city on foot or by public transport, and there is a wonderful little supermarket and bakery around the corner. The beach is a real family beach. Everything meets here and it's just a short walk across the street. Because the kitchen was so well equipped, I was able to cook excellently and enjoy a sensational view at dinner. But beware! The seagulls are hungry! I look forward to seeing you again!

Happy with our stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment is modern and the kitchen very well furnished. Public transportation nearby and easy access to and from the airport with the tram or buses.

Such a great stay and what a view! To have a balcony on opposite sides of the apartment is incredible! An excellent location if you wish you enjoy both Nice and the greater region.

The flat is extremely close to a grocery store, great pizza take out (Bambina), Tram line 2 and very walkable to the old city. The view is outstanding and worth the stay. Both Susana and Marcella were very friendly and very helpful.

We had a great time staying at Marc’s place, the place was located right next to public transport, grocery store and easily walkable bakery and beach. The offered us instructions and recommendations and were responsive always for and questions we had.

We loved staying at Diego’s Airbnb. This was our second time in Nice and really loved the location of this Airbnb. Diego was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb! He was super responsive and helpful with all questions . We also loved the extra touches he had around the Airbnb and really made the experience special. The bathroom was spotless and the rain shower is amazing. We were also grateful for the washing machine with everything we needed provided. Would highly recommend and don’t hesitate to book!

Jario and Stephan were excellent hosts and were very helpful. They gave great instructions on how to get to the flat and were very welcoming when we arrived. Stephan was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier than the advertised check in time. The flat is ideally located very close to a tram stop which makes all of Nice very accessible. It is also a very short walk from the sea with a lovely view from the balcony. Would have no hesitation recommending the property or the hosts they were a pleasure to deal with.Will definitely be making a return visit.

Amazing views from the deck! Location was perfect and exactly what we were expecting.

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences to date - the apartment was very well furnished and decorated, had all the necessities as well as more, like: beach towels and a beach umbrella, clothes drying rack, and a heated towel rack! The skylights in each room were also a nice touch. I looked forward to coming back every day. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. The location was also great - walking distance to many delicious restaurants and Old Nice.

Olivia warmly welcomed us - she was waiting when we arrived. Despite of us running slightly late by 15 minutes due to transportation issues, she carefully and thoroughly showed us entire apartment and all its features. This is an extremely clean and very well appointed place with functioning kitchen, coffee machine, etc. There is a nice flat screen TV and comfortable couch in the living room - the air conditioner is very effective and balcony is a very nice feature to have. The location can’t be beat, just far enough from the noise of beach/main roads but yet in close proximity to the beach, bus stations, tram station, and train station. The bathroom is also very functional with an excellent washer and dryer. Olivia even provided us with heads up on one of a kind drone show - it was a unique experience and we would have otherwise missed it ! Special thanks. Highly recommend this unit to anyone who is considering it and we also likely will be back :)

A real little haven of peace: bright apartment, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located a stone's throw from the beach. The terrace and spa are a real plus. Nearby parking and shops. Calm, comfort and impeccable welcome. We recommend it without hesitating!

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Great apartment! Close to the train station, very convenient. We loved the loft side and the icing on the cake, the jacuzzi, so welcome!!! I would recommend without a second thought.

Remi's place is beautiful and spacious and they were responsive hosts. The front porch and view are spectacular and the back porch with the plunge pool is private and lovely. We'd happily stay here again.
