Whether you want to spend your day sunbathing on the porch, swimming in a lake, hiking in wild nature, go cycling, try out the private sauna or experience melancholic childhood adventures in Vimmerby, you can be sure you won't be disappointed at all. The cozy traditional Swedish cottage is placed half way upon a hill close to a small town called Kvillsfors, a very nice and quiet place where you have easy access to everyday necessities. If you feel like you want to visit this place (and I highly recommend you to) then don't forget to explore Kleva Gruva which is a historic mine nearby that every adventurous family have to encounter. Oliver's Swedish cottage is truly a magnificent place, that you don't want to leave again.

Our stay was very special! After a strenuous journey, we were able to get into our house very easily. We were greeted very warmly and we felt immediately welcome and worry-free. The rooms were very cozy and full of love for detail. A mix of modern and home style with Swedish art. What I noticed particularly positively was the cleanliness and service thought. Everything was taken care of, fresh sheets, towels, shower gel and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, laundry facilities. For bad weather or fun evenings, there is a Wii room in the basement. Communicating with the hosts was easy, quick, and straightforward. We were able to communicate fluently in German and got nice insider excursion tips. Within walking distance there are beautiful walks through the woods. Unfortunately, our stay was far too short, but we will definitely come back to you :)

Appreciated this home as it was very rural. Perfect for us who were several adults and kids. It was quiet and nice. Smooth check-in with code lock. The cottage was clean and we all slept comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed. Close to swimming by the lake. Only 45 minutes from Astrid Lindgren World. Highly recommend. Best wishes, Rani
