“Living with Karin has been a HUGE pleasure. A really nice and spacious basement room with many amenities; such as. the small tea kitchen with teapot, microwave, small fridge, nice bathroom, fruit, beverages, folder with info on the city's sights, places to eat, wifi, etc. so you do not stand and definitely lack something. Everything is well thought out with many nice and encouraging details and it is super clean. Karin has been an extremely fantastic and hospitable host, always available and doing her utmost to make sure I was well (unfortunately sick) and lacked nothing. Thus, drinks, food and dessert were also provided. The family has done far more than what to expect from a host and I am very grateful! I hereby send my biggest recommendations from here and look forward to visiting the family again this summer. The best and warmest greetings, Rosa Faizzad”
We are six people living in a commune together from the age of 21 to 26 years old - studying and working. We would love to meet you and have you staying. You are going to sleep at a loft bed (Danish: Hems) that is placed above the entrance of the apartment. This means you are going to sleep in our common room which functions as a entrance, living room and kitchen. There will be coffee and tea incl. and you may help yourself to a small breakfast, we usually have cereals, bread and spread.
“My first time in Commune life and it was lovely from start to finish. It felt like I made 6 new good friends in 15 minutes. Nikolas’s communication was always fast and helpful before I arrived. As soon as I arrived, my hosts made me very welcome, were curious about my visit, and, as I am planning a potential move to Aarhus, were incredibly helpful and keen to give me detailed information. This was more helpful than I can describe, as my two day stay would have otherwise meant going from one café to another, trying to awkwardly chat to strangers! :). My space was the bunk above the door and was fine for sleeping (if it’s summer, bring a little fan - I did and didn’t regret it!). The apartment is modern, clean and stylish and everyone in the co-operative takes a turn doing stuff and keeping things tidy and clean. I honestly had so much fun, laughter and real conversation with the kindest and warmest people and will definitely return!”

Public transport is only 2 minutes away by foot.It takes almost no time to get downtown.Free parking on the grounds. Coffee/tea is free.
“Very clean, very comfy and stylish place with a very nice host. I highly recommend.”
