Holiday rentals with lake access in Knoxville

Our stay was absolutely lovely. Jena’s house is an easy drive to UT. The pictures do not do it justice. The location is beautiful- landscaping, lake views, roosters crowing in morning. We enjoyed our coffee in screened in porch. The inside is just as impressive- modern, cozy, super comfortable beds, eclectic bathrooms. Jena’s home is very clean, and I have high standards. It was the perfect place to host an intimate graduation brunch for my daughter. We 100% recommend Jena’s place and look forward to another visit!! Thank you, Jena

Great place to stay. Perfect size for three people, and includes a pull out sofa which was more comfortable than expected. There is also a heated/air-conditioned 4-seasons room off the front bedroom that could accommodate an inflatable mattress if need be. Direct access to the Lake in the Sky is wonderful and so peaceful. If it has been raining or rain is expected, make sure to bring your mud boots, as the path to the dock can get pretty swampy. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be coming back!

This property is exactly as pictured and described. No disappointments upon arrival! Some niceties that are not mentioned! Lots of start up items like coffee supplies, paper products, soaps, shampoos, hair dryers. A closet full of games and puzzles, plenty of towels and linens and a double set of washer/dryer units to use. We had all that we needed to enjoy our week. A spacious yard that afforded privacy, a firepit with split wood to use, a small beach area to easily launch the kayaks, lots of deck furniture to enjoy the views, and a hot tub to enjoy in the evenings! Our grandkids love this place and so do we!

We've stayed at this location several times..it suits our large family and is close to our local family. The house is beautiful and fully stocked. The view is great and my grandsons love swimming and fishing off the dock. We hope to return. Glenn is great to work with and you can definitely see the care he has for the property.

I am a senior and came with my daughter and a few of her friends for a festival in Knoxville. Villa Melissa, our house, was perfect for our group. The house was spacious, clean and was supplied with anything you could need, plus. Melissa's kitchen was better supplied than mine is at home. Her home is in a nice quiet area, right across from a golf course, a short distance from downtown Knoxville. Our favorite area was the large screened in porch where we spent most of our time, day or night. It was especially nice when it rained. There is a large sofa and table with chairs, perfect for hanging out. It's quiet, and she has a number of bird feeders, so between the birds and squirrels, you get a nice relaxing outdoor place the whole family can enjoy. Melissa made the whole process super easy and was very welcoming. She checked up on us, and made the check out process very simple. We would love to rebook for next year.

This house is great for friends and family. The deck is wonderful looking at the river. We were in Knoxville for a UT graduation and the location was perfect. Joe was also very helpful when I needed to add a day to the trip. He made it very easy. I would definitely recommend this house.

We had a fantastic time! The house was clean and had tons of amenities and activities, especially for children. Shelly went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time and was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Excellent experience!

Melanie was super informative & accurate with details. You can tell she cares about the comforts we all tend to take for granted in our own homes. Our only regret is we didn’t book our trip long enough. Usually I am anxious to get back home after a few days away but I was sad to leave this time. I would 100% recommend this beautiful & peaceful home to anyone..

This place was so Beautiful, Peaceful, and relaxing. The only down fall was that I didn’t have more time to stay. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and private. We were in for a wedding and it had everything we needed. William even went out and got us a hair dryer and iron. It was a great location for us as we wanted access to Clinton, Knoxville and Norris Damn State Park. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area!

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It was extremely pet friendly and really appreciated all the special touches. Will definitely book again when were in the area.

Dre is a very friendly and hospitable host, always taking care of her guests. Her doggos are so lovely as well. She provided us with excellent tips and directions, and she also gave us a wonderful gift during our stay. The place was tranquil, making it the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Bum. A welcoming, clean, comfortable place that is peaceful with a lake view. Very close to historic Dandridge and an easy drive to Kodak and Sevierville, if looking for greater restaurants/shopping choices. Would definitely book again without hesitation.

Great place for a couple weekend getaway

This Airbnb/rental home is the best I've ever stayed in. It is a home not a place to stay. Very comfortable, peaceful, quiet, clean and fully stocked. This time of year, TVA controls the lake's level, it was till very beautiful and tranquil. The homeowner's were very proactive on their communications before and during our stay. Loved all of the outdoor seating areas. This place is a gem and would stay here again for our annual TN trip.

this home is quaint. It is tucked away in a hidden neighborhood. there is a creek at the edge of the yard. once summer comes will be lovely and refreshing to wade in. The property was clean and had everything if you plan on cooking even a juicer!! Bonus for on site laundry and hot tub.

Great place, very peaceful and easy to just relax. Very close to bait shops, grocery stores, and marinas, and a short trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg where there are tons of things to do! Added bonus…Buc-ees is not far either :)

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfy. The house is spacious and the kitchen is one of the best stocked I've experienced in an Airbnb. Loved the screened in porch where I enjoyed my morning coffee by the fire table and watching the deer. Also enjoyed the fire ring near the end of the drive and a wonderful spacious piece of property. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park are only about an hours drive. Most definitely would stay here again. It did not disappoint.

This was one heck of a gem to find!! We enjoyed our entire stay!! We will definitely be back as well as share this w other people to enjoy!!

This was a lovely place to stay at. I loved the cute little cottage and pond. It was a wonderful time away. Lydia was very sweet! She helped us out and was lovely to talk to. I loved being able to bring our pup with us to on vacation.
