Very close to the NP, windy roads to get there but nicee. Beautiful view of sunrise and so close to gatlinburg downtown.

This was such a fun and relaxing trip, one of the cleanest air b&bs we have ever stayed. Thank you so much for being an incredible host!

Good little apartment in Knoxville, TN. It's real close to UT, if that's important. Me, I always appreciate a couple of free bottles of water and some free parking.

Monica Our impromptu stop in your fabulous Old City section of Knoxville was so perfect ! I'm a total history geek so all the info on your condo being an old flour mill ❤️ and thanks for the table book on Knoxville Blues music history ! We had a great walk to the Market Square & delish shrimp & grits @ Tupelo Honey ! Coffee at nearby shop Tuesday AM & art fun shops ! Sorry to be missing the Rhinestone Fest this weekend but possible future fun ! Our 5 th & last kid is heading off to college Fall 2026 and we are now gonna push for a University of Tennessee college tour ! We're considering retiring to Georgia / Tenn area in a couple years but this stop has us thinking sooner maybe better ! Friendliest community & so beautiful ! Thank you for your space ❤️

We had a great time! The place was clean quiet and easy to get to! I loved the placement. Was on the bottom floor super easy to get in and out of! Would recommend!

We recently celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary and absolutely had the best time. Condo was conveniently located to a ton of attractions, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely recommend this place to others!

Home was in great condition and in a great area with plenty of things around. We stayed one night for a local event and it was 5 minutes from the arena we attended and was super easy to get to even in the terrible traffic afterwards.

Great place in the heart of downtown Knoxville. Very easy to walk to Market Square in Old City, restaurants, venues, and more. Juliana was very helpful, responsive, and offered recommendations for local hidden gems. Great stay.

Great place to stay! Close by to all the attractions & restaurants on the strip! Close and easy to get to Dollywood. The condo was quiet, clean, & safe. It felt cozy and homey.

Stephen’s place was perfect for us. We had a lot of folks coming in for a work thing. The kitchen and living area was spacious and clean. The coffee maker came in handy. One of the units had a shuffle board, which we enjoyed. But the best part is that every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. It’s almost like AirBNBing a private hotel. But better in every way. We loved it and would stay again for sure.

My family had a fantastic stay! Kathy was responsive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was exactly what was describe, easy to get in and out of and made for a lovely week!

Kylie was an amazing host! The place was clean, cozy, and had all the great amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat not working at first, but Kylie was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within an hour — truly impressive response time! Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Kylie!

Great place to stay with family while touring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Beds were comfortable and every room was clean with amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition after touring the areas. The host was always responsive and made great recommendations for the area. Will be back.

We stayed here with our dog, and it was the perfect fit. For walking and going to eat we were able to do it with ease with its location and pricing! The hosts are incredible and super responsive. Would love to come back!

Laura was a great host! The condo was very nice with great amenities! It was close to the National Park and had great restaurants near by. My only suggestion is drive slow when going up the mountain lots of turns and steep. Scenic drive and peaceful location! We got to see 4 bears in our trip! Thank you for a great vacation!

The house is very clean, and beds are comfy . Location is quite good for a stay at Townsend

Our group had such a wonderful time at this condo. It was so close to Ober Mountain and also all of the Pigeon Forge activities we had planned. Justin was always readily available and answered many questions we had. We rented two units from him and both were wonderful.

Had a great time in the beautiful mountains. The place was cozy and had a great location just a minutes walk or drive from downtown Gatlinburg!

We couldn't have asked for it to be any better, everything was clean and tidy, no dust in the corners, no funky smells, no carpet and that is definitely a plus for me. I did not have to contact our host for anything, instructions were clear before we left home, we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again
