Our stay was great. Everything my family and I had planned out was on the strip, so the location of the hotel was super convenient. Also, being able to overlook the river from the balcony was also very soothing. The host was responsive and helpful regarding our parking situation as we had more than one vehicle. Overall, The pricing was great for the location and I would definitely stay here again.

We decided to make a last-minute weekend road trip to Pigeon Forge and were so happy to see to Joyce’s place was still available. We weren’t going to arrive until very late, but Joyce said since the room was self check-in, it wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived, we were happy to see to see the bedroom and bathroom were both very clean, and there were fresh towels and linens. In the morning, we woke up to a gorgeous view of the creek and the mountains outside the private balcony. Joyce’s place is close and convenient to all the attractions in the Pigeon Forge area and I would highly recommend it to anyone taking a trip in the area!

Excellent vacation spot for Ohioans on a school fall break; outdoor pools are heated and the resort is close to attractions (fun new mountain rollercoaster) and yummy restaurants. Only 1 hr from Clingmans Dome! Hosts had excellent communication

This place was spotless. It smelled fresh and clean upon arrival and was freshened up during the day before our second night. We appreciated the refrigerator which was cold upon our arrival so we were able to transfer items from the cooler right away. The beds were firm and comfortable and had very good pillows. We loved the balcony overlooking the stream and enjoyed the bald eagle that perched morning and evening directly across the stream from us. The go cart places were a bit noisy but the listing was clear about this up front so we certainly can't complain. We really enjoyed our girls shopping trip from this comfortable home base.

Hotel room 302 was perfect while attending a conference at the Leconte Convention Center. It was in walkable distance (16 mins) and centrally located. You could tell the room was recently updated. The decor was just as pictured and adorable. I am very picky about cleanliness and this place gets my 5 star review. Having a balcony on the Little Pigeon River was an added plus. Do not let the older look of outside of the hotel detour you. It was near the racetracks, but you really could not hear them while on the balcony. You could hear them a bit while in the room, but not after 10pm. Joyce was very helpful and responsive. The maid did a great job each day as well. I have already recommended this place to friends! Thanks for a great stay!

I have been to Mountain Loft before and normally have a better view of the Mountains. This time around the side of a dirt hill and parking lot. Be aware of the staff working the vehicle pass issuance, they will invite you to one of their Blue Green (Time Share) meetings. It’s and easy no if you have ever been to one, don’t let them sucker you in with their I’ll pay you $150 if you do attend. I’m sure walking through hot coals is a better experience. Anyways, room was good enough for a quick weekend stay for a soccer tournament.

Alexander did a great job at responding to any questions we had. We unexpectedly were able to arrive early and he and the facility accommodated an early check-in for us. We had rented a single space and Alexander actually upgraded us to adjoining apartments. So the space was much larger. Would definitely recommend renting from Alexander! I know when we go back, we definitely will be using him again.

This was a great little place for our family to spend a few days. Resort staff were all very pleasant. It was a convenient location to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
