Privacy in the middle of the city, a great view of the church and the parish garden. The apartment is very spacious and quiet from the neighborhood. Of course, the railway tracks are directly behind, but you quickly stop perceiving them as a nuisance. Everything is as described with loving details, information about the city. Katharina was very friendly and approachable at all times. Even an extra request was no problem. Very nice people in the house. Wi-Fi, large screen TV with all apps, everything is there. The parking lot is of course unbeatable, everything is within walking distance: train station (excursion to Wismar e.g.) city, castle, Pfaffenteich….We would come back anytime. Schwerin is a great city with many leisure opportunities. In addition, a "fairy tale castle". Bike tours around the numerous lakes are great!

Very nice, as good as new apartment. Tastefully furnished, the kitchen equipment is top. Even the little things, that you always forget, like garbage bags and dishwasher tabs, were available and easy to find. Utility room with cleaning supplies and facilities for storing glass and paper waste, small but nice balcony with a side view of Lake Schwerin and the castle. Easily accessible location even if you don't have a car. You can even walk from the train station in less than half an hour and still enjoy a beautiful, varied route. Alternative bicycle: Large, lockable bicycle room in the house available, next possibility to rent e-bikes just 5 minutes away on foot. We liked the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay Hagen and Ceylan were very friendly, helpful hosts. The apartment is lovingly furnished and very spacious. I would stop by again at any time!
