Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
