Our stay at The Loft was perfect from beginning to end. Extremely clear concise directions from Matt made for an easy arrival, with the added bonus of a parking space. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, comfortable and, surprisingly roomy. It is clear that a great deal of thought and design has gone into this property, utilising every last space, nook and cranny with the ultimate result of providing a spacious and full equipped holiday let. Not only was the apartment itself attractive and comfortable, the bonus of a balcony with a view was the icing on the cake! We had three gloriously sunny days here and, needless to say, when we weren’t on the steam train, on the riverboat or exploring Dartmouth, we spent every moment we could on this balcony watching the comings and goings on the river. We absolutely loved staying here and will certainly be back – thank you!

The ideal spot if you want to explore Kingswear and Dartmouth. Beautiful riverside location with plenty of birdlife to spot on the estuary. The living room/conservatory is the perfect place to unwind while admiring the views. Clean kitchen and bathroom with everything you could need for a few days' stay. Ideally located for the ferry to Dartmouth and a couple of nice pubs for food in the evening are only a few minutes walk from the front door. Parking is just across the road and free during your stay. There are a few steep steps up to the house, so don't take too much luggage! Mark is a brilliant and responsive host.

Annalisa is an amazing host. She is very quick to reply and let me know when the flat was ready early! The flat was very clean and spacious. Location is fab. The mattress could be a much better quality and more comfortable, the linen was lovely though. It was bit of a faff finding one house to get the keys and then finding the actual flat.

Lovely apartment. It’s well equipped and beautifully furnished. Perfect position in the town and the views from the windows in the living room were amazing. There is always something to watch on the water. Very comfortable bed and good linen and pillows. Great bathrooms, loved the roomy shower in the master.Nina the host was so helpful and replied quickly to questions. This is a great place to stay if you want to be busy, so many interesting things to do near by.
