We had a very relaxing and peaceful long weekend, perfect dog walks along the beach and ice creams and pub dinners with beach views. Apartment was fantastic.

Freya was very helpful and communicative from the day of the booking to the day of check-in. Gave very clear directions to finding the apartment and a listing of restaurants, shops and other activities to do. the property is located in the heart of Salcombe and therefore meant less driving and easy access to everything. Already planning a trip back there next year with the family, but for a longer stay. Such a beautiful apartment and breathtaking views from the balcony. 😍

Wonderful place to stay, we throughly enjoyed our week away. The apartment is very spacious, has great views and everything you need. There is a bus stop right outside, which we found handy and the train station is only a 20 min walk into town. We didn’t have the best weather to make use of the patio furniture as much as we’d have liked, but the time we did spend outside was enjoyable and peaceful. Dawn and Richard were great hosts, and the personal touches were a lovely thought. We would definitely stay again.

This place is amazing! we had a completely wonderful stay here. It has such beautiful views, was pristine, lovely comfy beds and is perfectly situated for a holiday in Shaldon. We couldn't fault it. Thank you Suki for a really lovely break.

Great location right on the prom. The flat was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. The views from the windows over the sea were fantastic. The kitchen is a bit small but fine for a few days. Parking is a reserved space right outside the flat. Overall we really enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful - with a beautiful sea view that made it very special. Modern, clean and nicely decorated/equipped. We stayed as four women friends and it was perfect. The only thing I would say is that if you don’t know each other well or are physically large, the space is relatively small with only the one bathroom - which is clear from the listing - but worth bearing in mind.

A fabulous apartment in a fantastic location. The place was stylish, very comfortable and oozed quality. Jose was a very responsive, friendly host. The guests I brought had a perfect first stay in Topsham and are already planning their next visit.

This was my third stay at Amy’s and won’t be the last. The home is outstanding and the back beach on your doorstep, the town is less than a few minutes away and all you need there. Lots of pubs and tea shops and I highly recommend a visit to Laura Wall Art for lovely gifts. Be back soon thank you Amy

The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the whole area. Helen was flexible with arrival and check in which made the holiday less stressful with small kids! Brixham is a lovely town to stay. The site would benefit from the new clubhouse pool & bar which was opening imminently, which we missed.

Fantastic location and property, photos do not really do it justice. Would defintely return and recommend to all. Access is on very narrow lanes but being on the coastal path and having such a fabulous beach on the doorstep meant our cars could stay parked for most of the stay. Listing states BBQ is gas - it's charcoal, helpful to know if planning a food delivery

Such a lovely part of the world - we had a great location, and highly recommend the yoga.

Fantastic spot right in the middle of Dartmouth. Short walk to lots of pubs and restaurants and very handy for BRNC. The property was very comfortable and well presented. We can definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in this lovely part of the country.

Fantastic property - a well presented restoration of a former mill building - a great mix of period features and modern luxury. Really enjoyed sitting under the sun shade (and briefly rain shade) after a tough day riding the Dartmoor Classic cycle event - for which this was the perfect location, only a couple of miles from the start line. We'll back- if we were brave enough to ride it again next year....

Great home with outstanding facilities and location. Pool is a highlight, and hot tub right next to it which is great for when the kids get chilly! Fantastic playroom for them too. Boiling water tap for grown ups teas and coffee with good indoor and outdoor seating areas. Fun for all the family!

We had a great week down in Salcombe at David’s place. From the welcome pack down to communication on the day and throughout our stay we couldn’t have asked for more. Salcombe itself is beautiful with plenty to do. We took the dog and our paddleboards and had a great week. We will be back. Thanks

This holiday rental provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Information from Julie regarding finding the place was clear, precise and timely. Couldn't ask for anything else. Milk and wine in the fridge was a nice little extra. Many thanks.

The flat was light, spacious and clean and everything you would need was there. A delicious cream tea was waiting for us on arrival which was very much appreciated. The accommodation was literally a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and a short walk to the town centre and train station. When we went out on the first day we had problems getting back in as the front door was sticking, but the problem was quickly rectified and all was well afterwards.

Great position of Airbnb overlooking the water. Lots to see whilst relaxing on the balcony. Binoculars were a great extra! Apartment itself was very nice , fully fitted out kitchen, lovely bathroom, comfy lounge area. Made for a relaxing break. Exmouth was excellent . Beautiful beaches, promenade and gardens. Town centre was nice to wander around too - with lots of places to eat/drink. We really enjoyed our short break in Exmouth and will definitely be back.

Stay Salty was excelent, central location and very close to a car park. Dog friendly and a beach just round the corner within easy walking distance. a couple of 100 yds. As bad weather was expected on one day Matt offered to supply extra dog towels if needed, totally unexpected but shows the level of service. Teignmouth was good and within easy reach of larger town if the need was there. Would recommend it to anyone who fancied the area along the glourous South Devon Coast.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. This apartment was a great find for us, and having its own parking made our stay very straightforward being so close to the harbour. Everything was super clean and well appointed, and cared for. I would certainly recommend this as an example of what is best about Airbnb.

Christopher is a wonderful host and we’ve had an amazing time staying in his beautiful apartment. There is so much to see and do, a few places to mention include the river boat to Totnes, a stroll to Dartmouth castle, visit to Dartmouth museum - brilliant - highly recommended, Rockfish fish & chips and visits to the creperie…delicious….
