Cannot recommend this listing enough. Trisha is a great host. She’s so responsive and we enjoyed having our first night’s meal catered by her. The property itself is beautiful. The cottages are spacious and very well kept. It was a lot of fun watching the baby cows and foals run around. We also went to Henry’s Bistro & Wine Bar, a suggestion in Trisha’s guidebook, and it was one of the best dinners out of our whole trip.

Joyce and Denis are ideal hosts. They exude all the excellent virtues that characterize the best of Irish warmth and hospitality. We greatly benefitted from their depth of knowledge of local history, as well as broader geographical and cultural points of interest. The cottage, and by extention, the village provide an excellent rural retreat. The property was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, which perfectly suited our two-week stay. We will definitely return.

We had a truly wonderful time at this place. Surrounded by peaceful nature, we stayed in a cozy and beautifully designed apartment — the perfect spot for exploring the west of Ireland. Nicola is a warm, incredibly artistic, and thoughtful host who made us feel very welcome. If you're looking for a quiet, beautiful corner of Ireland to relax, this is an amazing choice.
