Beautiful, peaceful location. The cottage is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfy and it is a very quiet location. My son loved the board games, DVDs and other toys provided as well as the swings and slide. it was lovely to see the donkeys in their paddock from our kitchen window and we enjoyed feeding them some carrots which Steve provided. Steve and Tina were super helpful and friendly and I'm sure we will be back again in the future. Thank you!

A beautiful home in a super location! Loads to see and do in the area yet the house was set in a peaceful, away from everything, spot - really the best of both worlds! The house is very well equipped and we had all we needed for our large family coming together for the new year. Check-in instructions were clear and I knew Jane would be on hand should we have needed anything. We had a wonderful time relaxing and sightseeing, thank you!

A beautiful cosy place! My dad and wife spend few lovely days here. The locations is perfect to wake up and go for a walk in Bexley Woods and after that a 5 min walk to the station and train to London. Perfect. Thank you so much.

Faultless. We arrived and met Steve who was extremely amiable. The accommodation definitely met up to all our expectations and the grounds were so lovely and perfect for our pooch who bless him has not been so well of late but he was so happy wondering around. We only had a 2 night stay as were visiting various friends over the 2 days so did not really get to really appreciate what a lovely place Steve and Tina obviously spent a lot of time and attention into making it a wonderful place to stay. The donkeys are adorable. All in all we would highly recommend a stay to anyone looking for peace and quite and such lovely surroundings. There are so many lovely places to visit withing a short drive so a perfect base to explore. We certainly will be back the next time we come to Kent. The accommodation is perfect! Just what we needed for a base for my friend’s wedding. Possibly the most well equipped Airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen, lovely garden to chill in on summer evenings, everything we needed, lovely decor, great for 6 adults with 3 double rooms, perfect location. Parking a little tricky but we managed to park on a nearby road 4 mins away! Can’t fault our stay here would definitely come back, thank you Daniel!

We a family of five adults spent a long weekend in beautiful Tankerton which was made all the better by this wonderful apartment. The apartment is thoughtfully put together with comfort in mind. Soft and comfortable beds with luxurious linens. A small but well equipped kitchen with the added touch of a coffee machine together with plenty of pods. The terrace was an added bonus. . Had a great stay here with my family. Lovely house, had everything we needed and everybody enjoyed the welcome basket. There were thoughtful touches like the happy birthday banner and dog treats. Fab location right on the beach. We took a trip to Dymchurch on the railway but in all honestly we just loved hanging out at the house and beach. With the BBQ and boules there was no need to leave!

We had a lovely time away visiting family, site was lovely , location was great for visiting local towns. Daniel was helpful and the static was comfy and clean.

We just had a wonderful long weekend, the weather was very kind so we enjoyed walking on the beach a couple of days (just across the road). We also took the mini steam train which was great fun and enjoyed a delicious lunch at the snack shack at Dungeness. We took the bus to rye as well which was really easy and convenient from outside the house. The house had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable (amazing shower) and lovely garden as well.

Danielle’s place is tucked away, has a beautiful great room with expansive glass, and is in a pretty village with a great restaurant “the Poet”.

Candice's home was lovely for the 5 of us as a family. It exceeded our expectations, as the photos don't do it justice! Beautiful house, that is very cozy and made us feel right at home from the start. Heating was great, beds were super comfortable, kitchen had plenty of equipment, deck chairs available for outside, large bathroom, and even boardgames available. Furthermore, she was super helpful throughout our time at the stay, providing support for any minor issues we had and allowing us to be flexible with checkout. I could not recommend this place highly enough, and would love to come here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt right at home straight away. Stephanie was friendly and helpful - indeed the whole experience was just as we'd hoped it would be.

We have stayed at Tim’s chalet twice now and will be returning again for a weekend in July. It’s a perfect location within walking distance to every thing needed. Beds are made up upon arrival, bath towels supplies, kitchen has everything you could need including an air fryer, washing machine etc! It’s immaculately clean and a clutter free decor. Tim is always responsive to messages and flexible with check in etc. I’ll definitely be booking again!! Thank you!

It's always a pleasure to stay at the Hideaway. This time we used the children's play area just across the grass, my two grand daughters loved it. Many thanks, another lovely break.

I really had a good rest it was a lovely stay. I will definitely come back and make use of the facilities properly next time, it was a really comfortable stay and love the lighting, jacuzzi was all set up ready, heating lamp was there, only next time would like to have a go at using the barbecue. to visit here is at a really good location is perfect near my work and facilities. also the host was always at hand communicating with me and early in the morning that means alot to me.

Perfect for our short break as a group of 3 families. Fantastic location, right by the beach and opposite a large field for kids to play, close to town centre and canal too. Beautifully decorated flats, very comfortable. Suited us perfectly and had everything we need. Our host Joanne was very responsive and sorted an issue very quickly for us, she was very friendly and made us feel so welcomed. Parking was very easy, plenty of spaces along the road in front. Will definitely be returning!

We stayed at Maxine's for weekend to attend a family celebration. Accommodation had everything we needed, and Maxine provided very clear instructions, etc. Would definitely stay there again
