Have stayed at Stuart and Heather's place before and enjoyed our stay just as much this time. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped, and great value compared to many similar places. The sunny little garden is an extra benefit. Stuart and Heather are friendly, responsive hosts too. Would definitely stay again :)

Roni and her husband were absolutely wonderful hosts! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Roni suggested a lot of nearby places to visit which helped a lot. On our last day, they welcomed us to their nearby home and let our kids enjoy the dogs, chickens and lovely garden they have. The space was spotless, cozy, and had all the little touches that showed they genuinely care about their guests. It was clear they put a lot of thought and heart into creating a warm, inviting environment. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend their Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant experience. Thank you, Roni and family, for making our trip so special!

Beautiful stay. Super clean. Great communication and instructions on how to get in and out. Lots of random stuff in the cupboard that meant we didnt have to buy a lot of food. Same story in the bathroom with gels and toothpaste. Nice warm welcome too with personalised note with wine and chocolates. These kind of places define the best of AirBnB for me. Recommended.

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Wonderful historic house in the middle of the charming town of Rye. In prime position and beautifully converted for modern use with two great bathrooms and a great kitchen. I highly recommend this property for its beautiful position, its historic charm, and modern conveniences. Becky was very responsive and upbeat.

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. Really enjoyed our couple of days away, shame the weather wasn’t better but the house is a great place to hang out and relax. Even on a rainy day it was light and airy. The garden and surrounding countryside is beautiful with wonderful views. Beds and bedding all very comfortable and easy parking. I’m looking forward to returning!

This place was a real find, with a peaceful conservatory and a private garden leading directly on to the beach, which feels really very unusual. The place had everything you need and was very clean and well maintained. The beds were really comfortable. Chris was super helpful and proactive with great guidance on the local area.

It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

My first time down romney sands with my girlfriend. We both loved the location of shingle bay 11 and it was really peaceful location of the hoilday park. Julie was an execellent host and couldnt fault her. She and scott came out to sort out the tv in the bedroom for us. Im defo going to book shingle bay 11 in the future hoilday. Also you looking for a peaceful hoilday shingle bay 11 is the place for you.

Perfect destination for a long weekend 😀 Super clean, beautifully decorated flat literally 5 mins walk to the sea. Whitstable around a 25 minute flat walk along the coast road with ice cream parlours en route. Owners very helpful and left a lovely selection of treats including wine and a selection of baked goods. Everything thought of including toiletries, charging cables and cushions on the outdoor furniture. High quality of fixtures and fittings throughout. Absolutely loved the enclosed private garden with flowers and chirping sparrows. Close to restaurants, take aways or a nice M&S for eating in. Would recommend to anyone.

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

A fantastic house in beautiful surroundings. Just perfect for celebrating my 70th birthday with the children and grandchildren. Loads of space for the children to play, although the steep slopes and number of ponds mean careful supervision is required for young children. One of the highlights for the grandchildren was seeing Thomas the Tank engine passing by on the nearby Spa Valley railway.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house felt really homely, the space is bigger than it even looks on the pictures and it was perfect for the 6 of us. The beach was great for walking the dogs at low tide. You need to drive to places around and the host left a very detailed manual on what is worth a visit nearby. I wish we'd packed our passports to be able to hop over to mainland Europe.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this peaceful bungalow. Everything we needed was provided at a very high standard. This was our send visit and we will be back.

A beautiful English house at the countryside from Sussex. The “backyard” is Ashdownforest, a beautiful green wide and open Forest. Annemette was a very friendly and helpfull host, we felt very at Home!

As others have said, the photos don’t do this place justice. We were blown away by the location, the views and how amazing Linda was. She accommodated us at very short notice (booked the day before we arrived) and she met us to give us a tour. She even gave us some treats which was such a lovely touch. The area is so peaceful and quiet, even my kids enjoyed just sitting on the terrace watching the sea. I highly recommend this AirBnB. An amazing place to stay! Thank you again Linda for being amazing and making our last minute trip such a memorable one.
