Honestly one of the best stays I ever had. Not even to exaggerate but everything was just so perfect. Such easy access to Central London using trains. Vanessa was lovely and was very willing to answer any questions i had. The outhouse itself was very spacious and lovely and the area is perfect. The only bad thing about this listing is when you have to leave. Amazing, amazing, amazing.

We had a great stay at Penny’s property! She was super responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had. Penny provided detailed and helpful information about the property, which made everything smooth and easy. The place was exactly as described, clean, and very comfortable. Chilham is a chocolate box village in the garden of England. Do not miss the majestic church, a glass in the two excellent pubs, local food in the farm shops, cream tea in the country mouse, essentials in the post office, walking the beautiful grounds of Chilham Castle.I f you like walking, Godmersham, the Great Stour, the Pilgrim's way, and Canterbury are delightful walks. The house is very spacious for a traditional cottage with three floors, pretty garden, top of the range appliances.

Absolutely beautiful house, pictures don’t do it justice. Recently decorated to a very high standard. Living room was very cosy. Kitchen was fantastically well appointed. Bedrooms were great, with hotel standard linens, pillows and duvets. All the bathrooms were lovely and the outside area was great. Very quiet street and a short walk to the pantiles & town centre. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Fiona's home is beautiful, peaceful and really unique. It's perfect for a relaxing break and Platxol is a lovely village.

We had a great time staying in Jenna’s place, it’s a lovely house with a big garden for children, including play equipment. Our kids loved the garden. There’s lots to do nearby including beaches, Port Lympne, steam railway, nice walks etc. Would highly recommend!

An excellent stay in Paul's delightful house. The house is very comfortable with plenty of room. The games room was great fun. We like cooking and the kitchen was easy to use and well furnished. Sandwich is a lovely quaint town with lots of pubs and restaurants, and plenty of sights to visit. Paul was very communicative and responsive.

Really nice place to stay. The apartment has everything you need pots, pans, utensils, washing machine, kettle, microwave, small fridge. Netflix and other services available. The neighbours are all lovely on the floor and are happy to introduce them selfs. Parking was easy to find and always a space available. Apartment was nice and warm, and quiet enough to open the windows if to hot. Many thanks for the stay

The flat was lovely and clean. Location was fantastic very close to the beach and restaurants. Parking is close by. Lift broke down, contacted Trevor and was sorted straight away. Ensuite shower didn't work but we just used the shower in the main bathroom. Overall we had a lovely little holiday - thank you very much!

Perfect location , really clean and easy to find pretty little flat . Me and my friend particularly liked the view of the high street, perfect for watching daily life go by. The beds were comfy and v clean and the flat had everything we needed . Sam our host , responded quickly to any questions and was proactive in recommending good places to park aswell as eat and drink . We had a lovely stay and would come back again. Love Rye such a pretty town with lots to see and do.

Great host, nice apartment in the heart of town, conveniently close to all shops and restaurants, and just a minute a way from the sea. Check in was very easy, and the place was as described.

Very nice host and very responsive. Rooms were spacious and clean and the kitchen and living room was plenty. Safe parking for the car.
