Beach house holiday rentals in Kent

Thank you Sophie, the house felt like a home. The books, the toys, the rooms, the garden an added bonus for the little people. “but why can’t we stay longer” asked grandchild. Appreciated the earlier check in, and thank you for your flexibility and understanding with our car problems.

Amazing location, pubs, beach, amusements and fish and chips all in under a 5 minute walk even with a 5 year old in tow! Smart property and very private. We managed to get parked right outside on arrival and didn’t need the car again until we left!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Slip Cottage. Great communication from Steve throughout and perfect location for beach, restaurants, etc. Literally just off the main street but still quiet. Lovely touches like providing handwash and bubble bath! Lots of towels and toilet roll also. Highly recommend staying here.

Charming little air bnb in an amazing location. Under 5 mins from beautiful Margate beach, but on a quiet side street. The property is a cosy, little 2 bed house. Homely and uncluttered. Even has a little, covered courtyard style garden for chillin' (and drying wet swimming trunks). The hosts, Zack & Georgia, were friendly, super helpful and polite. They always replied very quickly and you got the feeling nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The house even has free parking adjacent to the property. Which is super helpful, as anyone travelling with young children knows you tend to pack half the house. We'd def stay in this little gem of a find again and would highly recommend. The view and access to the beach was lovely.

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! Once again thank you so much Sheila for such an amazing stay! ❤️

What a fantastic stay we had! This place is more than just a caravan. It felt like home from home. Such a spacious, comfortable and all round perfect place to stay. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The host was responsive and even came to the caravan to help us with some things when we arrived. Very close to whitstable, Hearn bay and not far from Broadstairs we visited them all. We will definitely be back.

Our second visit. Really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. A peaceful location and we feel at home. Especially enjoyed the welcome pack. Thank you Ross and we will be back next year.

We stayed over the bank holiday weekend as a family of 3 and throughly enjoyed staying at Herons Nest! Jill’s communication prior to our booking was brilliant and extremely helpful. The caravan had everything we needed for our stay, including some complimentary snacks & drinks! We enjoyed playing with the selection of games and our son did lots of colouring in. Romney Park offers many activities for children and the evening entertainment was brilliant. We would highly recommend Heron’s Nest and hope to stay in the future. Thanks again to Jill & Geoff! We had a lovely stay at Jack and Claire's. One of the best places I've stayed at for a while! The accommodation was well maintained (newly redecorated) and we couldn't have been happier with the cleanliness. The site was a great holiday park with a good vibe, tidy and also clearly well looked after. The location of the site, as well as the chalet within the site, was perfect. Jack and Claire were very helpful, and we would absolutely love to visit again.

Excellent séjour à Sunny Daze! Le logement de Violet est top, spacieux, propre et vraiment très joli ! L'environnement est très agréable ! Les plages à proximité sont un réel plaisir. Violet donne beaucoup d'informations et est très réactive ,c'est très appréciable ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

We would highly recommend. We had such a lovely weekend away at Fleur’s place. A very homely place with everything you need and short stroll from the train station and to the seafront. It was also great with a little one. Great communication throughout. Thank you !

Had such an enjoyable stay at Melissa's home. The kitchen was stunning, we cooked a great brunch in the morning before starting our day. The bed in the king bedroom was 10/10, there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use, and lots towels too. Melissa responded quickly to my questions as well! We would definitely book again :)

We loved our stay here and would go back again in a heartbeat. The house was beautiful, really clean with many things to do, like board games and a wii, and we especially enjoyed the welcome pack which included a voucher for the very local bakery. Lovely walk to both Joss Bay and Viking bay and only a 12 minute taxi to Margate main sands. The hosts were extremely helpful and quick responders to any issues or questions we had.

We loved our time in Sam’s cottage. It was close to the beach and Rye with great walking. The house had a lot of character, was generously sized and had a well equipped kitchen. We loved all the vintage touches. I would recommend anyone wanting to be near Rye to stay here.

A lovely charming house, extremely well thought for a rental, premium service in all bedrooms. The four bedrooms allow to have 2 families comfortably installed. Would definitely recommend

Cloudbreak is Beautifully decorated and well equipped 3 storey house with the most amazing views of the Sea from the top floor. High quality fixtures and fittings throughout. A perfect spot, only a few steps to walk on the beach with the pooches and a open green area a few steps behind the property to walk the dogs round if you don't want to venture too far. We appreciated the treats left for us after a 4 hour drive . If your looking for a family beach side get-together or to explore the local area it's totally worth a stay . Thank you Tiffany! We had such a nice stay for our anniversary, host couldn’t have been more lovely and accommodating. Such a stunning home we took inspiration from her decor for our home! We stayed in playing battleship that was provided and cooked dinner in the kitchen with the tv on. 10/10 can’t fault. Will definitely be coming back xxx
