Dan and his wife make you feel like you’ve been good neighbors/friends forever. They anticipate their guests needs so you have to provide very little if anything. Beautiful home ! Forever grateful I met these wonderful folks and enjoy their home ! Thank you Shirley W

Ann was a fantastic and communicative host! The neighborhood is quiet and 20-35 minutes from anywhere I needed to go for OU/TX. It’s a beautiful house and I will be booking here the next time I’m in Texas!

Great place if you’re there for a few nights. I was staying there almost 3 weeks and wish I did go with a true kitchenette. Not this places fault. But the entrance is through the garage and I would have preferred a direct entrance to the room.

Fantastic host who was extremely responsive! Had an issue with the inside latch being locked on the door but the host responded within 5 minutes with a code to get in through the garage. The host also checked in regularly to make sure everything was alright. The place itself was very homey and a great place to relax after a long day of traveling.
