Monthly Rentals in Kaulsdorfer Baggersee

We spent a few days in the accommodation, the two of us with our dog. The communication was clear and positive from the start. We were very hospitably received by Bianca and immediately felt comfortable. Everything was as described and we enjoyed the quiet location, with a very good connection to the city. We can really recommend the accommodation and would stay with Rainer and Bianca again if we come to Berlin again.

Beautiful house near the center of Berlin by public transport. The house is beautiful, the space is vast in each room. Both bathrooms are a plus. very nice outdoor space where we even have the chance to observe squirrels. Very pleasant, friendly and available hosts by message to recommend without hesitation for a stay with family or friends

My daughter was able to help us find the place seeing how she lives in Germany. It was very cozy and tucked away. In the garden area Im sure it’s beautiful to sit outside and have a morning coffee. Going in Nov-Dec is a damp and chilly time but the place was very cozy and plenty warm inside. The bed had warm comforters that were perfect. Every thing was marked well for recycling or use of their place. We were mainly there in the early mornings, left around 10am and back by 9pm. We had places to go everyday w/our daughter and had a chance to visit many places in Berlin. The train station was within walking distance and she would meet us there. Some of the mornings we made breakfast and a REWE was conveniently within walking distance. Also a great little cafe. We went to visit my daughter so I knew we’d see all that we wanted too plus. I choose the place mainly for the amenities and distance to the surrounding things. Erika and Hann were lovely hosts and I definitely would recommend.

I felt so comfortable during my stay here. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The walk to and from the train station was so peaceful with so many lovely houses and yards to look at. I had such a memorable stay in Berlin, and this place had a lot to do with it.
