Monthly Rentals in Kälarne

We were able to rent this house during our emigration process from the Netherlands to Sweden. The house is fully equipped, and the landlord was very helpful with questions and is there for you when necessary. We felt at home and welcome during our almost 3 month stay. The area of ​​Ragunda and Hammarstrand is very beautiful in winter in combination with the snow. There is a supermarket in Hammarstrand and for shopping we usually went to Östersund or Sundsvall. Perfect and beautiful environment. We visited a lot. Of lakes and ponds. What we were missing was wood for grilling. But as described, there was a fireplace, but that does not mean that there is wood. This is often available in most homes. Recommendation to bring your own bag of charcoal, for a perfect experience. Highly recommend this place.

Stephan and Tanya's cottage is very cozy, clean and comfortably furnished. Perfect for relaxing for one or more days in a super beautiful environment. All amenities are available for a wonderful stay and the friendly hosts are always available for questions and tips. Supermarket is within walking distance. I can highly recommend this great cottage! Incredible kindness and generosity was shown by these hosts as they took our booking last minute and even helped us find someone to help get our car unstuck from ice. We truly cannot thank them enough! The house was lovely and in perfect condition and the surroundings were so stunning we were left speechless many times. Words really can’t describe the beauty of Jämtland and the kindness of these hosts! Fully recommend! Ten stars:)
