Monthly Rentals in Kalamavur

The stay was near to fantastic . It clearly met my needs of holding 7 people with ease along with three small kids . We could accommodate another family even that much big the entire house was …only two things about it were parking and one room geyser did not work . Since it was summer season the geyser wasn’t a big deal for us and I am hoping that they will correct it sooner . But parking was little difficult as we have to park it in the opposite plot . The place was safe anyways but still if it had ccp or parking inside the compound then it would be a killer. But nevertheless the place was excellent and for me the parking was also not big of a deal breaker since I was able to park a suv and a sedan comfortably in that space . Only upgradation that might be needed is they might have a water purifier or atleast three cans of water for more than three days stay… otherwise everything was perfect . Will definitely visit again

Priya S place was cute and pleasant... Especially everything we asked her for she provided before we arrived.... Kitchen N the cutlery were so nice N really what were needed. Maintenance was good. Felt very safe as we were two ladies and Adyar Anand Bhavan was just a stone's throw away.... The place was easy to find N it was easy to get tranport from there.... Would suggest this place to anyone who wants to go to Trichy

Karthic place was in a quite locality. The place was neat and clean and as described. Will stay again if I need to go to trichy

Mr Krishna's property was really good. The house was very clean and comfortable. The property is surrounded by lush paddy fields and can witness beautiful sunrise and sunset. Would definitely recommend for anyone to have a quiet & comfortable home feel stay.
