The listing is exactly as in the pictures and descriptions. The environment was clean, organized and quite comfortable. The hostess was also requested and extended the checkout time so that we can enjoy more of the stay. With respect to the location, although it is close to the beach and market, the displacement still needs to be made by car, as walking is far away, so it is something that must be taken into account for those who decide to use Uber during the trip. In general, I recommend the stay yes ☺️

This was an amazing location, beach a block away, and far enough from the main road not to be too noisy, great location for those who have not been to Joao Pessoa yet. The rooftop with swimming pool is lovely, but not enough time to use it, the beach is the main attraction here. Will definetely return!

Erika is a sweetheart of a person. Her apartment is exactly what you need if you want to stay in Joao Pessoa for a while: close to everything (beach and shops) and offering all amenities. Thus, the great advantage is that it is not a simple studio, but a two-room (living room and bedroom), fully air-conditioned. What a comfort not to be woken up by the fridge opening and closing! This is really the first time I've seen so much generosity in the welcome: everything is there for a stay of several weeks. You feel at home, not at a hotel, or in a soulless Airbnb. Wonderful place, small and useful, very well-equipped kitchen. Great location, great pool, building has laundry which made it a lot easier, and also a restaurant with very fair prices. Anyway, we love it, and if we come back we will stay there again.

The condominium is quiet and safe, great for those traveling with children. The leisure area is perfect, with a breathtaking view. As for Claudiene's space, everything is very clean, organized and cozy. There were 6 of us and it accommodated us perfectly (it could even accommodate more people comfortably). Hostess note 1,000. We loved the stay and plan to come back for sure.
