Very good house with a wonderful view. It's a little tricky to find the house the first time, but you get used to it. Some complaints from previous reviews seem to remain, such as the bad smell in the basement, I believe it is something simple to be resolved. Very attentive caretaker. Food apps work very well if you don't want to go to Pipa.

We really liked Maria Catarina's house! Very close to the beach, which is beautiful. In addition, the pool and common space are very nice.

House with many details and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well. Beautiful and very well-kept decoration. The upstairs room with the terrace is a luxury. The kitchen is integrated into the modern living room and has almost everything you need. Antonio was very attentive to making sure everything was perfect, and he was also very decisive and friendly. It is located near (5 min) the shopping area and one of the beaches. You can also walk to many restaurants.

Our stay was amazing. The house corresponds to the listing and has everything you need for a great stay. Very comfortable. Clotilde is an excellent hostess, responded promptly and assisted us in everything we need.

Staying at Fabio's house was an amazing experience, the house is beautiful, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The location is great and the front beach is wonderful. Fabio was always very helpful and communicative. I stayed with my friends and we only have compliments.

The spectacular eh house, super well maintained and pleasant. We are in 3 families (3 couples and 5 children) and the 5 bedrooms are sufficient in comfort. Great integrated living room with kitchen , living and outdoor pool. A Taninha and Ana are a ball show. Feriadão was very tasty and João Pessoa surprised me positively.

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was exactly as advertised: clean, organized, well-preserved environment, necessary kitchen utensils during our stay, clean bed linen and towels, there was a very beautiful vegetable garden for those who wanted to consume. Appliances working perfectly, as well as shower heating. We also received a delicious treat upon our arrival. The owners are always very attentive, responding very quickly. They made check-in and checkout more flexible. The condominium also has several leisure options, especially for those traveling with children. I highly recommend this property for those who want to rest and have fun.

We very much like Vanessa's accommodation. Excellent location in the Caribessa neighborhood. Beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. Comfortable with a wonderful sofa bed for two people, as we were a family of four. Beautiful rooftop with a pool and a nice place to spend time. We missed some useful items for our stay and the host was very proactive in solving it. We would definitely return to the Flat. We recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a season in João Pessoa!

Great accommodation and wonderful location! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has comfortable bed and pillows, great bath towels. Arsênio was clear in the previous information and, during the stay, it was also super helpful. The beach in front is delicious, is on the best stretch between the urban beaches of João Pessoa and has a bar with chairs, sun umbrellas and good snacks just steps away from the apartment. I highly recommend you stay!

Amazing place in a peaceful and beautiful complex. 5 minute walk into town

A stadia was perfect, from arrival to when we left. Aurora was attentive throughout the time we were in her apartment. By the way, the apartment is beautiful and very well located, clean and complete with all the utensils, we do not miss anything. Just leave the building that a few meters away, we are already on the beach. A quiet place and close to everything(in case you're by car). My son enjoys swimming pool and the building and a separate show. You can walk to several beaches. It was three days of rest and leisure. Thanks Aurora, for sharing your apartment .

The location is great, you can do everything on foot. The condominium also offers à la carte breakfast and lunch options. The apartment is faithful to the advertisement, it is very worth it. I would come back a thousand times!

Diego's apartment is excellent, good location, close to the forró patio. Diego saved us at the last minute from a problem at the previous Airbnb. Certainly an excellent accommodation option in Caruaru.

The place is exactly as in the photos: clean, well maintained and with an excellent location. It is just a few minutes from the beach, which made our outings much easier. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped for quick meals. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Great option for those who want to rest with practicality and be close to the sea. I recommend it!

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself - you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Nearby, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed the stay and certainly recommend it.

Excellent accommodation, in the middle of nature, perfect for those looking to rest and connect. ✨ The surroundings of the property are excellent for walking, with many trees and preserved nature. Excellent bedding, towels and pillows. My only reservation is about some specific details: there could have been at least one more dish towel and bathroom/kitchen mats. In addition to some cleaning supplies available for those who will be spending more than one day. For those who like to cook, it makes a difference. The experience was very worth it!
