Anne and Peter have a lovely place! The quiet setting was perfect for sleep and catching up with a friend I stayed with. We got to enjoy snacks on the adorable garden patio, and walked to everything right there for food, coffee, and seeing the sights! They were very responsive and amenable hosts.

The host, Ryan, responded quickly the few times we reached out. He let us check in early and when we arrived, the a/c was on and nice music was playing. The place smelled like a spa! Ryan thought of everything, with a basket of toothbrushes, toothpaste and make up wipes! Great place to stay for our son’s graduation from Providence college! Wish we rented for parents weekends too!

We had a wonderful stay at this location! It was peaceful and quiet, and the property itself was very clean, well-kept, and beautiful. There was plenty of space for the four of us, and the amenities were fully functional. Thank you so much!

I loved staying at this super cozy apartment inside a gorgeous historical landmark. It was right next to everything I wanted to do in Providence (namely, the H.P. Lovecraft shop and tour), and the bed was sooo comfortable!

Great spot, well located and nice unit. Only thing to note is the ‘side entrance’ still faces the street - not the alley. It’s just not the main entrance. But the neighborhood is lovely and an easy walk to Thayer. Thank you very much!

Phil's place is ideally located in New Bedford for beautiful walks along the pier and throughout the downtown historic district. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops. The crows nest offers the best views of the downtown! Phil was very helpful and responsive. Easy to get checked in and out.

Wonderful location, with so many walkable things to see and do. Wonderful coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Apartment was exactly as described and a lovely space to stay. Host was responsive to questions and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Providence.

Stayed at Rohan’s place for Brown Graduation. We had a large group so much better than multiple hotel rooms. The property manager met us and helped us get in. There are stairs which were a bit of a challenge for older members of our group, but everyone navigated it fine. Nice drive down Hope/Blackstone to Brown campus. Special bonus: we got to see a Rhode Island Football Club game! And made friends at the Cape Verdian restaurant on the corner. Overall great weekend.

We stayed for a month in a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt. in part of Anne's beautiful 19th century mansion. The Unit was the perfect size for my husband and me, and our 2 cats. Anne is an amazing host. She not only made us feel at home, but introduced us to fun activities, restaurants, museums, and sailing lessons in the area. Anne was easy to reach out to, and always responsive to our needs. Anne takes great pride in airbnb hosting, and has wonderful stories about local history and attractions. We definitely intend to come back for another stay with Anne in one of her apartments next Summer.

Place was larger than expected and it's a great location with lots to do close by!

We had SUCH a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly communicative and friendly before, during, and after our stay. The condo was spacious and very clean and was equipped with more than everything we needed. Location is walkable to so many shops and restaurants and was perfect for our needs. This Airbnb was a perfect place for a getaway with friends. It was conveniently located in Newport. We were able to walk to the downtown area to all the great restaurants and bars and were also closely located to the trolley. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Rich was very responsive when reaching out. We would 100% stay at this Airbnb again if we go back to visit Newport.

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Fantastic place! Great location—walkable to many shops and restaurants and transportation. Very quaint area. Danielle’s place was clean and the check-in staff were super friendly and recommended lots of things for us. Only recommendation I’d have is to have a hairdryer available in the unit. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, very near Fort Adams and the Castle Inn Lighthouse.

This is a very nice location, next to the bridge and peaceful. It would be helpful to know in advance that the checkin front desk is at 150 Conanicus Ave, Jamestown, RI. Although the drive to there is short and pleasant through the beautiful neighborhoods. We actually enjoyed dinner at the same location JB’s on the Water. Rooms are spacious and clean. If you like cook, make sure bring spices and cooking oil, there is cookware. Though the bridge toll is $4 one way to Newport, it is still a good deal.

Clean, comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Jenny and Ania were super helpful from booking until checkout. I would definitely stay with them again. Thank you for making the vacation with my son so wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at Hamilton’s Place in Newport, Rhode Island! The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, with great restaurants like The Newport Lobster Shack just a short walk away. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the convenient parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and there was a convenient elevator that allowed us easy access into our room. Our room had a stunning harbor view, and we enjoyed watching the boats and seagulls with our son. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, we had a wonderful family getaway and would highly recommend it. Five stars!
