Apartment holiday rentals in Newport County

The unit was newly renovated, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, walkable to many restaurants and shops. Other reviews mentioned hearing music being played from the t-shirt below, but we did not experience this. Due to renovations we did have some maintenance / electrical issues but we are contacting the host directly. Overall the host is very responsive, this is our second time staying in a unit hosted by Chris and we would definitely stay again.

Super centrally located spot and fantastic host. This spot was perfect for our party of 5 to set up base camp while we explored Newport. We had 2 cars, so we used the parking pass from the house, and then it was easy enough to move the second car around with street parking. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location! We loved being able to park our car in the garage across the street and walk to everything on Thames. Heads up that the street can be a bit noisy with tourists and a late-night pizza place that attracts crowds until 3 am, so it may not be ideal for those seeking quiet. We expected the noise given the location and just kept the windows shut. The unit is beautiful, with updated amenities and furniture, and the bed was comfortable and clean. The stairs up to the unit are a bit steep, but doable. We also experienced an issue with the AC, requiring three maintenance calls; they were very responsive but couldn’t fix it, and provided fans instead and all was fine!Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, and we will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—extremely spacious, clean, and in a perfect location. Everything from bars and restaurants to local activities was within walking distance, which meant we didn’t need to Uber anywhere. The space was spotless and made our group feel totally comfortable and at home. Being right in the center of town, it does get noisy at night, but the host was thoughtful enough to provide a noise machine, which was a nice touch. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

A wonderful place to stay in Newport. What a fabulous location on Thames. Our favorite spot on the property was the 5th floor private rooftop outdoor lounge space, with plenty of seating and gorgeous views in all directions, including the Bay. This is a perfect walkable location to stay, plenty of restaurants and pubs and 1 street north of the harbor. We will definitely be back next Fall.

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!

Great spot, well located and nice unit. Only thing to note is the ‘side entrance’ still faces the street - not the alley. It’s just not the main entrance. But the neighborhood is lovely and an easy walk to Thayer. Thank you very much!

We had a great stay for a family wedding in the area. Location was perfect & next to lots of cute bars and restaurants. Very historic feel to the neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed at Rohan’s place for Brown Graduation. We had a large group so much better than multiple hotel rooms. The property manager met us and helped us get in. There are stairs which were a bit of a challenge for older members of our group, but everyone navigated it fine. Nice drive down Hope/Blackstone to Brown campus. Special bonus: we got to see a Rhode Island Football Club game! And made friends at the Cape Verdian restaurant on the corner. Overall great weekend.

We had SUCH a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly communicative and friendly before, during, and after our stay. The condo was spacious and very clean and was equipped with more than everything we needed. Location is walkable to so many shops and restaurants and was perfect for our needs. We hope to book again when we come back to Providence in the fall! Thank you Mustafa and Allison!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. the location is great -- walkable to a lot of the restaurants and shops in town and the ferry. The Airbnb is as described -- bring your own sheets and towels. I felt like the price was really good compared to other places on the island. very clean, comfortable beds.

Charles & Sharolyn were great hosts and have set the apartment up nicely for a comfortable stay. Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for us to attend a wedding in Bristol. Hot tub on a cool spring evening was the cherry on top.

We had a great stay at Diane's spot in Providence! If you like great local restaurants and bars, lots of culture and environment, the apartment is perfectly located for just that. The apartment itself is small but incredibly clean and charming. I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a quiet, secluded spot. This gorgeous apartment is located amongst the hustle and bustle, which made a perfect spot for myself and my colleagues who were working in town. Diane is super responsive and accommodating, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible! Highly recommend for short and long term stays! P.S Make sure to go downstairs to Costantino's for dinner, one, two or MANY nights!

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Great location, very near Fort Adams and the Castle Inn Lighthouse.

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.

Perfect for a family getaway to Newport. Condo was clean and fit our family well. Any issues were addressed by the front desk staff. The indoor pool, while simple and slightly outdated, was a huge plus and the kids loved it!

We would stay here again. Perfect location and comfortable accommodations.

We had an amazing stay at Hamilton’s Place in Newport, Rhode Island! The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, with great restaurants like The Newport Lobster Shack just a short walk away. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the convenient parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and there was a convenient elevator that allowed us easy access into our room. Our room had a stunning harbor view, and we enjoyed watching the boats and seagulls with our son. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, we had a wonderful family getaway and would highly recommend it. Five stars!
