Lovely Jamestown Village Beach Home

We enjoyed our stay at Charles’s house. The kitchen was fully equipped—and so was the TV, which was helpful for my slightly under-the-weather kids. They were very comfortable in the sitting room and they slept well. It was great to be able to pop out into e backyard to play, and there was a grocery store and a playground within a 10-minute walk. Quiet and peaceful at night with lots of stars and the ocean was a quick 4-minute drive. Charles was very responsive and friendly.

This was a very comfortable stay for graduation weekend for extended family. Very convenient to both Salve Regina and URI. Host responded to our questions quickly. Having a bedroom and full bath on the ground floor was perfect for grandma. We had a nice BBQ in the backyard. Terrific stay.

Stayed at this gem for four nights which felt far too short!!! We could have stayed all summer! The home is beyond charming, the yard and appointments are heavenly, the location is perfect (walking distance to the quaint center of town and waterfront), and Albert is the consummate host- as if you are staying at a close friend’s guest home…everything you could need or want is available and Albert is readily responsive should you have a question or two. A must if you are visiting the beautiful Jamestown or nearby Newport… I know I will be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Katherine’s property. The apartment was clean, spacious and just as described in the listing. We particularly loved the fact that our dog was welcome there as well. We can definitely recommend Catherine’s place for visits to the Jamestown/Newport area.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Namaste. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet and the back garden was just perfect - we felt very welcome and our hosts were great. We received excellent recommendations for restaurants and they left us with plenty of information on things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to have the opportunity to stay once again. I am only sorry we could not stay longer. Thank you!

Matt’s place was perfect for our stay. It’s comfortable, clean, and has a welcoming vibe. My family and I felt at home as soon as we walked in. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the AC and hot water worked perfectly. Even with a full house, there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. The Jamestown area is nice, and it was just a short drive to Providence, where we spent most of our time. I’ll be booking again the next time we’re in Rhode Island.
