We were so pleased with our stay at Missy's place. The attention to detail for labeling almost everything, tons of extras like extra coffee, teas, different sweeteners, snacks, etc all made us feel welcomed. Having little extras like toothbrushes, shampoo etc out and about whether we forgot them or not was an added bonus. The interior layout, bed, murphy bed, kitchen was great and well equipped! We were in for graduation ceremonies at JMU, but had we come to stay for the recreation area, we noticed all the brochures for places to go, notes about local restaurants, sightseeing. Not that we needed it much, but 2 TV's and various viewing options plus DVD's would make this a great stay if the weather was not cooperating. This was the most comfortable stay we've had since first starting with Air BnB - Great job Missy, thank you

We really liked Betsy's place. It was clean and very spacious - perfect for a shorter stay. We appreciated the basket of snacks waiting for us, and there was even a fresh carton of half and half for our morning coffee and tea! It was our first time staying in North Garden, and we thought the location was convenient to the places where we wanted to go - not too far from Charlottesville or the little town of Scottsville. We enjoyed checking out Polly's Folly and Potter's Cider which are a short drive away. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and the view from the rental is of a hillside - very private and safe. We enjoyed meeting Harpo - Betsy's very sweet, friendly dog! Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the fire pit, but it was available with plenty of firewood available. Instead, we enjoyed the evenings streaming shows on the very large TV in the living room. The king size bed was a plus although mattress needs replacing. We would gladly stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Mona's place. We were in town for a softball tournament and her place was perfect for our visit. Close to fields, beaches, and restaurants. Mona was so nice and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer her place was so peaceful, spacious and super clean. We would definitely return.

T’s place was absolute perfection! It was beautiful, tastefully decorated and the homemade muffins and cookies were amazing! She and John were so lovely and accommodating. Relaxing on the dock on the river was a sublime experience as well! I really can’t say enough about my time spent there and if I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be staying at T’s! Why would you stay anywhere else!?

Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The photos truly don’t do it justice — the space is larger than it looks, and SO comfortable, peaceful, and private. The view is spectacular— be it from the beach itself, the wonderful porch’s wing, or the window view from bed! Chas and Donna were super laid back and easy to communicate with. They provided everything we could need and beyond — from high quality beach equipment to a pair of fancy binoculars for watching the dolphins swim out front, and event a dozen eggs, creamer, and other kitchen basics. We hope to come back to this dreamy slice of heaven someday! Do not hesitate to book this spot, you won’t find anything better in the area.

We were celebrating my son’s graduation from Bridgewater College this weekend, and Charles’s place was perfect for our family of six. Although there are only two bedrooms, there is an extra twin bed, an inflatable bed, and plenty of linens and blankets. Charles has thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay in Bridgewater. His place is clean, quiet, and private. Thank you, Charles, for another wonderful stay at Caprica.

This was the perfect studio in Church Hill! Cozy and easy. Street parking was always available. Maria was very responsive to any questions I had.

The space is in a walkout basement with a large yard. The kitchen area has every gadget that you could want. There is no kitchen sink but there is a utility room. We did not do any cooking but there was a microwave, toaster oven and electric fry pan and other kitchen items.. There is a Keurig and an also a conventional coffee maker. There is an electric fireplace in the living room for heat and an electric blanket for the bedrooms.

A very convenient location to town and many shops. My family and pup had a nice relaxing and comfortable stay for two nights. The apartment was clean and had amenities like water, snacks, coffee or tea available. We had the back yard and patio to ourselves. We enjoyed going to a local dog park and walked around the college grounds. We would stay again .

This was a great place to stay. The hot tub worked perfectly and was relaxing. The place was very clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. If I am in Lynchburg again, I will be looking this place up again.

Rohaan’s home was very nice. Accurately described, and welcoming. He gave us clear instructions for check in, and exactly that happened. Overall, the space was clean and very nice. Movie theater was great. Wonderful experience!

Very clean and spacious. Comfortable furniture and beds. The view from the rental property is beautiful. Really nice to have peaceful surroundings after a long day traveling. Close to everything. A must stay place for sure. Great communication as well. We will stay here again.

When we arrived, it felt like a second home. It was calm, quiet, and private. It was clean, and it was comfortable Loved how they had instructions posted throughout showing us how to do navigate through the home.

Laura and Wayne were very accommodating and their place was lovely! We were only there for a quick weekend wedding, but the loft was very clean and Laura even washed my suit shirt I stained. Would recommend to anyone passing through Warrenton!

Micah’s place is super cute! Very spacious and comfortable! I was very much at home here. Bed was awesome, couch and living room homy and kitchen had everything needed to cook and live without having to eat out for all meals.

The rental was lovely - clean and so well furnished. Absolutely peaceful and welcoming. There are no stairs/steps into the apartment or in the apartment so that was fabulous for loading/unloading as well as for anyone with special physical or visual needs. The apartment is so well lit - another bonus for a guest with visual challenges. The surroundings are gorgeous but sadly we had little extra time to take advantage of the walking paths and creek. (We did see a doe and her baby fawn by the bridge one morning!) The location is well situated within close driving distance to a grocery, Walmart, etc. Also within fairly short driving distance are several historic towns that have fun and interesting places to visit. (Lexington, Lynchburg, Natural Bridge, and Bedford to name a few.) The National D Day Memorial in Bedford was a wonderful and moving visit. Jennifer was very friendly and informative from our inquiry, during our stay and through to checkout. We would definitely book again!

My wife and I were extremely happy with everything about the studio. It was a cute little studio that had a comfy day bed and tv in one area, while the other area had a bathroom with a washer and dryer. Everything was super clean and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Wynn and her dogs were super friendly as well! I will be recommending this place to friends!

The place is absolutely beautiful. We were celebrating that we had just graduated and she wrote congratulations and even had a pillow set out with congratulations on it. She was quick to respond and super sweet. We actually got to meet her in person too, she was absolutely the best host ever! The purple room is absolutely worth the money and the stay!

Kelly's place is a great home base in Fredericksburg. It felt private and close to town. We didn't take it, but the free trolley stops right down the street during the summer. You're right around the corner from a great restaurant and old school ice cream stand. We didn't bring our dog but would definitely stay here again with him. Everything was clean. The only things I'd note is that the bed is up high off the ground so if you're really short or don't move around so well, then you might have a tough time getting in and out of bed. We appreciated the coffee, private entrance and fenced in yard, and ease of parking. We didn't walk to downtown because it was hot and we were tired from driving but you could, or it's a 3 minute drive.

I highly recommend this place for those needing to visit the area or surrounding DC areas. We had to be in The Wharf area in DC for work-related reasons, and this place was much better than any of the hotels there. The place is exactly as described. And the hosts were extremely accommodating to our departure time given our unusual work schedule. Within 15-minute drive there are numerous restaurants and parks, and we were only about 40 minutes from the Wharf area. Excellent place to stay!

I have stayed here several times and it has always been spotless. I have been working on our house nearby and needed a place to stay. amAnd after a hard day it's great to come to the Duck Inn, kick back in the recliner and relax . Also Carol has always responded to my questions in a timely manner. I can honestly say that I will be staying here again.

We stayed for a week to visit with our daughter. Mei‘s place had a prime urban location and everything such as the Art Museum, countless restaurants and ample grocery places are in easy walking distance. The place itself was absolutely spotless and offered anything someone on travel could ever want or need. This included a fully furnished kitchen, a variety of bathrooms amenities and a good sized TV. The ability to do a load of laundry in the main house was a nice touch as well. We had our dog with us and the unfussy but comfortable interior was perfect. So was the yard which offered a place to sit in the sun and watch our pooch running about. The little private porch was super cute too. Street parking was easy, safe and there was always a good spot to park . We loved that Mei and her team put so much thought into everything, and the quick responsiveness if a question came up. We would happily stay with Mei again! Highly recommend!
