This little retreat is so peaceful and serene. It's the perfect place to unplug and just soak up the nature. The apartment was cozy and had all the right touches to make you feel at home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rick and Christi's Airbnb. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway, with direct access to the beautiful sandy beaches of Chesapeake Bay. Whether you’re into water activities, fishing, or just taking quiet walks around the serene neighborhood, this place has it all. One thing to note is that this spot is not for those seeking nearby restaurants or bars because there aren’t any in the vicinity—and that’s exactly what makes it so special. It’s a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Our family, including my wife and 14-year-old child, thoroughly enjoyed our time here. But what truly sets this place apart is the warm and friendly hospitality from Christi. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A lovely touch was the fresh jalapeño pepper she gave us, which we’re still using in our meals. Thank you, Christi and Rick, for making our vacation memorable.

Being the first guest was a first for me at any air bnb, the setting is extremely peaceful, the yard is an acre with an above ground pool. The host's were absolutely amazing and accommodating going above and beyond with hospitality which meant the world to us! This place and the host's were above and beyond expectations, 10/10 recommend!!

Beautiful scenery. Lovely roads to walk up and down. We were too cold for the pool, but got plenty of use out of the fire pit. We enjoyed ourselves. There were a couple kinks along the way, but the host always responded when we reached out and addressed our concerns right away.

Autry was a great host and the stay was very pleasant. Very private with a peaceful back patio area. The space was clean and a short drive away from restaurants and downtown. Would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in need of a place to stay in Fredericksburg!

We stayed here over spring break with our young kids. Tommy and Janet were very friendly and responsive. The location is great! Literally right across the street from the beach, and close to our all time favorite brewery :) we'd love to come back again in the summer months!

Excellent location, about one (1) block from the Downtown Mall and just around the corner from Court Square. Lots of restaurants and shops in close proximity. The private reserved parking spot in the back was a big help. We had a fantastic dinner at Lampo, nice lunch outside at Rapture, and the nearby Market Street Wine Shop is well worth a visit. Our dog also enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood. We would certainly stay at William's place again.

Stayed here was a family event it was spacious with a well equipped kitchen . The neighborhood was very quiet and safe could walk for miles without seeing a car or busy street .

House looked just like the pictures, smelled great, and was very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay!!

I must say this was my first experience with ever staying in a Airbnb and wanted a change from a hotel and very glad we decided to give this a try. Tammy was an absolutely awesome host very responsive and a very nice lady. The description matches everything. Very beautiful property and very clean.

Had a perfect vacation thanks to Adrian and his place. Started off rough as our original plan fell through once we arrived to North Carolina. Reached out to Adrian to see if we could rent his place for the week and he responded within minutes and got it set right up for us and had it ready before normal check in. Beautiful property, well taken care of and a perfect stay for all people as there are many different things to do.

The house was amazing and beyond our expectations! It was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, lots of great seating and every amenity you could ever need! Loved the screened porch, firepit and seating area overlooking the creek. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Loved this lovely property and being close to nature. This house and property is really special. It is a beautifully maintained and renovated old house, and has great views of the woods and the creek. We enjoyed evenings on the beautiful porch taking in the views. The house itself was well appointed and clean, with minimal/essential furnishings. A few other reviews did mention the noise from the highway and it is true—though it did not disturb us except for in the night, when an occasional loud truck might pass. It was a great base for my family and two small dogs to explore the local sights. Would definitely consider staying here again.
