We kept the lofts as open as possible to maintain the integrity of the building, so there is a bedroom area but it doesn’t have wall/a door. We had a great stay. The home is as pictured. We were so happy to have a king sized bed to crash into each night. We were moving so we were hardly there. Up early in the morning and back late at night. So the bed being comfortable was a God send!! Wish more places offered a king bed but they are hard to find. Thankful Laurie let us extend our stay by another day. We were not done moving and needed another day. I would recommend this place to anyone!

She was an awesome communicator made sure I understood the check in procedure and let me feel cared for throughout the rental process. We enjoyed the location and the amenities. Close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens and the cute town of Williamsburg as well. Would absolutely enjoy rebooking with her! Thank you again for a great stay!

Amy was fantastic, friendly, and efficient. The place was quaint and clean. Loved the sweet treats that Amy left for us. Kitchen was very well stocked. Linens were better than in most places I have stayed. Communication with Amy was easy. Gave us a newsletter for area activities. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent accommodation on a quiet street and close to both the City Market and Grandin Village. Well appointed and very clean. I liked the loft bedroom and the period appropriate architectural details (wood floors, baseboards, and doors). The kitchen was well equipped and blessed with an abundance of natural light. Overall an excellent home away from home lodging experience.

This is a great location for anyone wanting to stay in a fun neighborhood with great walkability to bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely location and our host was very accommodating. The home was spotless and well decorated which provided a sense of comfort. We did accidentally break an item but Travis was very forgiving. All in all, would definitely recommend staying here.

Matt’s place is SO impressively clean and well stocked. It looks exactly like the pictures. We appreciated that all drawers, cabinets, switches, and bottles are labeled because it removed the guesswork. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, so pack light. Rest assured that once you get up there, it is quiet and private.
