Monthly Rentals in İzmir

Very nice apartment, great hosts. Only minor fault would be the location. It is on a very steep inclinewith many steps and the walk back from the amenities below is difficult. Better to walk down and get a taxi back from the Metro station.

I stayed at Ahmet's place for three days in May 2025. It’s a nice flat in a new residential building in a quiet neighbourhood, with several product kiosks within walking distance. Easy to find due to its remarkable appearance, and easy to get into, thanks to comprehensive and clear instructions. The flat was really nice, very clean and comfortable. I could find all the necessary things I needed, even an iron and an ironing board, which were very useful for me. There is a nice kitchen with a large set of dishes so one can cook easily if needed. Overall, it gave a very good impression of a place where guests are truly taken care of. The water and juices in the fridge are worth mentioninng, - it was really lovely to have them after a long trip. Especially I would like to note that Ahmet, the host, was super nice, friendly, and helpful, and responded very quickly to all my questions. Thank you!

It was really clean and centrally located, everything in the house was thought out to the finest detail. We would also like to thank the host who responded at the time I needed it 🙏

Volkan was a great host. Always available to help, very responsive. His place was absolutely the best in every aspect. I recommend him highly to anyone planning a trip to Izmir.
