We had a wonderful time staying at Berrin’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

The apartment is very good, spacious and comfortable, close to the country. Large veranda with view. With very easy nearby parking, which is important for Chios by car. The bathroom is too small, but just after the shower needs a mopping. I would highly recommend it and would prefer it again in case I come to Chios again.

It was located close to the downtown area of Izumil, and it was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, well-equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host Doa was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.

The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe. Everything was very nice. The place we stayed is both centrally located and our transportation to the center was very comfortable. Our host was very well-intentioned and made all the preparations for us properly. We just didn't have internet connection during our stay, we didn't have Wi-Fi, which made us a little sad. it was a lovely holiday, the house is really close to city center and easy to find parking place near to the house. the owner helps a lot to us and have so many good recommendations about the island, places and beaches.

There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.
