The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. The villa is in a very good location, we have everything nearby, there is even a Carrefour 100 m away. Thanks again. See you soon, I'll be back.

Resat's place was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were of high quality. Everything very clean, you felt immediately welcome and at home! Resat is a great, accommodating and outstanding host who rents out his house with all his heart. In the area you also felt right at home, the city and surroundings are magnificent! Do not hesitate about the hosts, they answer the questions quickly, and when we entered, they personally came to get the key for the checkout when we said the bathroom of the house was not clean enough, and they expressed their sadness. The place of the house is good, in fact, there is a grocery store etc. about 2 km away, but the roads are a little neglected, so we walked around the house. There are too many mosquitoes, unfortunately, although there are mosquito nets in the house, they can enter the house in the evening and we could not use the garden due to the mosquito. That's why you have to go cautiously when you leave. There are machines, iron, oven and kitchen utensils in the house, so there is no problem. Unfortunately, the power went out in the morning. Since we were going to leave, there was no problem that day, but I think it was a situation in that area. We had a pleasant 2 nights. We left very happy. Thank you for everything..

Such a peaceful retreat--surrounded by an olive grove, listening to the melodic Muezzin call to prayer and the crackle of the wood in the fireplace (with plenty of wood provided) This is a sanctuary of silence and nature. There is a luxurious, infinity pool filled with artesian spring water which you can hear flowing from the cottage. So private- but only a short drive away is the bustling, well visted Sirince Village, and a bit farther are Ephesus, the Basilica of St. John, and the House of the Virgin Mary. The amenities are simple, but beautifully adequate. Our hostess, Alison, was very helpful and can really help with any touring questions. A great place to get away from it all and not be too far from it all.

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

Everything was as described. The pool, the house was very clean. Large and spacious. It offered us a flexible check-in. Responded promptly to our questions. He created an instant solution to any problem. We were very pleased with everything. We would also like to thank you for your fine wine. Everything was very enjoyable. See you again :)

Very attentative and quick to answer our inquiries. The location was excellent to travel to the nearby cities and beaches by car.

We really enjoyed Basak's place. It was peaceful and lovely. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Although it's up hill there are supermarkets and shops at walking distance. The kite school is only 20 mts walk. URLA is a nice town and it's about 15' drive from the house.

A home where you can go with your eyes closed. It was very clean and tidy. All the items we needed were available. Mr. Hakan is a wonderful host. He even brought us a holiday dessert :) Karaburun is a region we love very much. This place was extra beautiful. A rare opportunity for those seeking peace and tranquility. We didn't have a house to stay in Karaburun, but we say we do now.

You can walk to the Boyabağ bay in 3 minutes. It is a great place if you come to swim and have a quiet holiday. There is no need to hesitate about the road, we easily crossed the path in 5 minutes by sedan car. There are two very sweet little dogs in the garden, barking first and then immediately making themselves loved. Mr. Murat was very hospitable, he was very helpful about the check-in and check-out times, and he gave us a gift of olive oil he made from his own olives at check-out. The house was very clean, a very sufficient house for 4 people, it had a wonderful balcony with a sea view and a small garden. Everything was thought of, there was everything from wine glass to barbecue tongs, from tea glass to mug with handle in the kitchen, there was even a barbecue in the garden, I even saw a sun lounger. It is useful to bring a mosquito net with you only when you come because there are a lot of flies, etc. at night. We are very pleased with this tiny house, we prefer it every year. Thank you for everything.

All was good! The place is nice and we are a family of 6 people comfortably accommodated in it. Great amenities for coffee preparation. I would recommend the place.

Everything was very nice, the interest and closeness of the hosts made us feel as if we were in our own home. The house facilities are also quite sufficient, especially the 3 bathrooms and the garden was very comfortable. The site has its own beach, but the showers and toilets were not open when we went, so we couldn't use it, but it was within walking distance of the house, and it was quite clean and enjoyable. A pleasant location where you can go as a family, very close to Alaçatı and Çeşme, we were very pleased :)
