My best friend and I had the best time staying at Nicolao’s place. It was extremely clean, had all expected amenities, and was in the perfect location for all things Gay Pride! We will be back!!

We loved our stay here so much!!! The property is beautiful and very well kept. I loved the gym and pool. It was so nice to relax at the pool everyday, enjoy the beautiful view and drinks from the delicious bar! The area is very walkable and safe. 5-10 minutes from delicious restaurants, clubs, beach, and more! The AC works amazing, the showers have great pressure, beds were very comfortable, and everything was super clean!! I can’t say enough good things about this place. I ended up extending the stay twice just because I wasn’t ready to leave! Definitely will be returning.

This place was perfect location within walking distance to the beach and local food vendors. We walked the entire malecón and did not feel like it was far. Definitely a place I’d like to come back to.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully decorated, just like in the pictures. The location was perfect, close to the beach, great restaurants, and local spots. The reception was super friendly and responsive. We felt right at home.! Highly recommend!
