Wow, what a location right by the lake! We absolutely loved this accommodation. its tastefully decorated, calm, peaceful and private. the living space is sociable and the front porch allows you to enjoy the view of the lake, the birds and just the wonderful peaceful atmosphere. there are kyaks and paddle boards and a beautiful dining area on the jetty. Comfortable beds, pretty linen, great bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen make it feel top end. Clearly this place is loved by the owner and we recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil stay. we came to Charlotte for the Speedway but we're so happy we got out of town to explore the countryside and enjoy Lake Norman. Downtown Moorseville is about 20 mins away and was a lovely place for a bit if shopping and some nice coffee ☕️ Thank you Patricia. we highly recommend your beautiful place at Tranquility Cove x

Gorgeous place right on the water. Top floor so no noise in at night. Was a great place for our family to stay for Thanksgiving.

Had a wonderful extended stay at this truly awesome lakefront unit. The facility was very clean, well equipped and is located on an outstanding lakefront lot with a beautiful sandy beach. Especially nice was the shallow water access available for our visiting granddaughter. The location faces due west, so the beautiful sunsets can be appreciated from comfortable swings on the covered dock/porch area over the water. Our gracious hosts were always available to answer any questions we had about the unit and/or the area. Would also mention location is very close to the Langtree Center with great dining options available and also outside concerts. Looking forward our next visit.

Brittany‘s place was cozy and relaxing! It was a perfect location (I actually liked how it was near the highway!) We checked in and then walked to the North Harbor Club restaurant across the way and the food was delicious! We used the tennis rackets and were the only ones at the courts!! We did not take advantage of the pickleball gear but it was available as well! We also spent time at the pool which was enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the community was very quiet. It was the perfect home away from home for us. This place is good for any age as long as you are okay walking to the third floor!

Beautiful setting with lots of things to do. Dogs are great. Lake is lovely. Kayaks are nice. Lore cared a lot that we were happy during our stay.

This place is nothing short of IMPRESSIVE!! The pictures do not do this condo justice! The location was incredible and the condo has it all! The place was cozy and decorated extremely well with no details forgotten! The view was amazing from the balcony that not only overlooked the lake, but the pool as well. There is great lake side restaurant that is definitely the locals favorite hot spot to dine and you can just walk over from the condo which is a huge perk! If you are looking for a well updated place to kick back and relax, this is the one for you! Thank you Lisa and Debra for the fantastic accommodations!

We had a great stay to celebrate my husband’s first Father’s Day. It was great to have direct access to Lake Norman and we had a great time kayaking and swimming with our 10 month old. Lake Norman State Park was just 15 minutes away and we had a great little hike there.

This lake house was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true escape. The house had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway—cozy, clean, and so thoughtfully stocked. But what really stole our hearts was the view. Watching the sun set over the water each evening, wrapped in a blanket with nothing but the sound of the lake and laughter in the background, was pure magic. We made beautiful memories here and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Highly recommended, we will be back! We also used Lake Effects for our boat rental, they were fantastic! It’s about an 18 minute trip back to the house on the water.

This place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfy, which is important. It was thoughtfully laid out and had everything we needed. My kids loved the game room as well. The yard and dock were really nice. Lake Norman is very populated, so there are lots of neighbors that were out (so not private in that sense but I think Lake Norman is like that), but because of the cove, there is not much boat traffic. The lake was nice- my kids caught lots of fish, and we enjoyed the kayaks. Randy is next door and is very responsive. There is a camera recording the driveway that talks to you every time you are in the driveway to tell you you are being recorded. There are 2 great grocery stores less than 10 min away (Harris Teeter and a new Food Lion). Overall, it’s clean and comfortable, and if you are looking for a place to stay with a family and kids, it worked well for us.

Loved staying here, it’s a cozy little spot right on the lake. Neighbors are so friendly, since there’s a shared dock, you do walk through the neighbors yard just a little to get on the dock. Loved waking up to the lake everyday. My son LOVED seeing fire flies and catching them. Only two things missing, the cushions for the outdoor patio furniture and bath mats to step on after a shower. The location is perfect, not far from Publix and general shopping needs. 10/10 would love to go back again :)

We had a wonderful stay. The house was cozy and extremely well maintained and clean. The view of the lake was amazing and the area was quiet and peaceful. This was our first trip to the area and Kate was very responsive to my messages. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed at Austin’s home for a Father’s Day getaway and it did not disappoint. Austin’s house was exactly as pictured. Super clean, had all the things I needed away from home, and was so peaceful. My kids did not want to leave as his house provided them with all things outdoors that we don’t typically do. They enjoyed fishing, campfires, paddle boarding, jumping off the dock onto this floating island mat, touring Lake Norman on his beautiful boat and best of all having a BLAST on the water tube. My husband and I appreciated the relaxing hot tub while taking in all the beauty of the lake. Austin was so quick to respond to my questions and was just a joy!! We shared some special bonding time together as a family because Austin’s house provided the perfect space to do so. We would absolutely come back and stay at his place in the future.

Absolutely beautiful place overlooking the lake! Had all of the appliances needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels including pool towels, and even a welcome basket. The shower in the master was a wonderful waterfall shower with lots of pressure. The place felt luxurious. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this condo! Very homey & comfortable. One room also had a twin bed in addition to the queen bed. The patio overlooked the pool and marina/harbor and a restaurant, which was less than a 5 minute walk. It was a beautiful area to walk the dog. Yes, you can see & hear I-77 from the patio & pool but could not hear it from inside the condo. Downtown Davidson & Harris Teeter (grocery store) was less than 5 minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again! Such a beautiful area!

This condo was probably the most organized and comprehensive Airbnb expereinces I have had. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need. It opens right up to the pool and you have a nice view of the Marina. Great for a small family. Very easy location - right off the highway. Kim was incredibly responsive. Checking out was easy - there's a checklist to review right on the counter.

Lovely apartment and fun area with the restaurant within walking distance. The free beverages waiting for us were a delight! We enjoyed the outside patio except for the highway noise which was a surprise. I regret that I hadn’t checked on Google maps to see how close 77 is to the whole community. Wonderful amenities and furniture. A good getaway for fun!

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

Great location both onsite restaurants were excellent and only a few yards away. Place was immaculately clean, quiet and peaceful. Offsite restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping were close by and easily accessible. We will definitely book with Southern Charm the next time we come back to this area.
