We had a wonderful stay at Kirstie’s place — it was spotless, beautifully decorated, and looked exactly like the photos. Every detail had been thoughtfully taken care of, making the space feel both warm and welcoming. Kirstie was a fantastic host — prompt, responsive, and attentive to anything we needed. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Inverness at Rodjana & Ann’s place! The flat looks exactly as the pictures and was clean and well-stocked. I initially had some trouble finding the key box but Rodjana & Ann were super responsive and helped me out immediately. When I discovered a broken handle on the washer and lightbulb in one of the lamps, they sent a staff to look into the problem and fixed it the next day. The beds are super comfortable and we had a fun time cooking at the kitchen. The location was also great - we could easily walk to downtown and access train station, shops and restaurants.

Jill’s place was so comfortable and I highly recommend staying there! I’m spending a few weeks in the Highlands so a washer and a stocked kitchen were important to me, it all worked wonderfully. Everything in the apartment was spotless, including the cooking essentials which in my experience is rare at a rental. I reached out to Jill a week in advance about a fragrance allergy and she was so nice to accommodate me!

The accommodation is located above Inverness and offers a truly spectacular view of the city and the Firth. We felt very comfortable and explored Loch Ness and the surrounding area from there.

Staying here was such a good experience. Ruth was very responsive and helpful and there was a clearly printed guide to the unit with common question answers and information. The place is very walkable to the train and bus depot and the host left lots of lovely suggestions on things to do. Excellent place. Would absolutely visit again.

This accommodation was everything I hoped for and more. Very clean and well equipped, perfect for a shot and longer stay. The location is fantastic - directly at the water and the close proximity to Chanonry Points makes it perfect for dolphin watching. You can even spot them from the window of the flat! Communication was great and I can fully recommend staying at this place.

2nd visit. Once again, excellent accommodation in every way. David and Lisa set themselves very high standards in every aspect of provision for their guests. The newly baked loaf and 'welcome' items in the fridge are tangible examples of how well they treat their guests. And the Moray Firth is a beautiful area to visit!

Everything was fantastic and Brett was an amazing host. The apartment was clean and exactly as described with everything Inverness has to offer in walking distance. This was exactly what we were looking for and a great value for all that is offered.

A perfect choice - comfortable, spotless and stylish; dog friendly and in a quiet location but just minutes from the village centre. A short drive away are the starting points for amazing hillwalking routes, forest trails and water sports. King size bed with an excellent mattress ensures a good nights sleep with birds outside singing as you wake up!

The unit itself is very tidy and perfect for a couple to enjoy Inverness. It is just four blocks from everything. There are a number of units in the building. There is plenty of parking on the street if you don’t land a spot behind the building. The only unfortunate issue is that the building has automatic door closers that close the doors like cannon shots when the less considerate tenants let them slam continuously. Hopefully the landlord can adjust them to not be so forceful in the future.

Stephen is an excellent host, sent great recommendations on places to eat and made sure we had arrived & settled in. It’s a superb location- on one side is the beach and on the other is the town. Thank you Stephen for a lovely stay :-)

Absolutely beautiful apartment! I want Laurie to decorate my home! Very comfortable stay.

Innes has completely remodeled the condo we stayed in. The condo is well located within walking distance of most things. My friend and I thought it was just perfect. We went on a Rabbies tour and the pick up location was just 5 minutes walk from the condo. The Ness Island and Botanic Gardens are just a short walk away. There are tons of restaurants within a few minutes walk. If I ever get back to Inverness I would definitely stay here again.

We had a Wonderful stay and Mike really made us feel like home. We were 4 persons sharing this lovely apartment for our hiking & biking vacation and the location was absolutely perfect by the river Dee. The combined kitchen and living room was spacious and cosy. Free car parking outside the house and walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops and bakery. We would love to come back!

This place is so amazing with Loch Ness and so cool Abbey. Beautiful environment. Feeling Harry Potter life.

We had a fabulous stay! Gorgeous flat, fully stocked kitchen. The grounds and public places of the Highland Club were amazing. We enjoyed sitting by peaceful Loch Ness in the evenings, as well as the easy walk into town for shops and restaurants. Highly recommend, and would stay again!

Loved staying at the scriptorium where we had a private garden. The laundry was a huge bonus and the apartment was incredibly spacious and clean.
