The home was even more beautiful than the photos. The host provided super helpful instructions, while not being too much. The water, which they put through an osmosis filter, was excellent. Would absolutely recommend!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! Yuriy was a fantastic host—very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! We had a great time and will definitely be booking this rental again for future visits to Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

The house was amazinggg! It was literally like a girly girl house & was super pretty and it was just so relaxing! Definitely loved the aesthetic & the pictures on the walls! Felt like I was out of town even tho I was still in jax! The pool was also veryyy pretty! If I had to stay again I most definitely would!!! 10/10!!

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

This place was amazing! Perfect location, only 15 minutes of St. George street. The pool was amazing and very refreshing! My dog absolutely loved the backyard. We even got to see a few deer! Very clean and the host is very responsive. My nephew loved the pool table! I would definitely recommend this location!

The perfect house for a long weekend away! House had everything we needed, including beach chairs and bikes for cruising around the area! Everything was very clean, and just as described. Would definitely stay again for another trip to Jax!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was modern and clean and we had great communication with Kristi. We enjoyed having coffee on the back porch watching nature. It was close to the beaches and we found great restaurants a couple of minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is truly outstanding — newly renovate. The air conditioning works very well, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking. The location is ideal, with great restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Clearly, they have put a lot of care and attention into the details, making the space welcoming and stylish. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Let me start by saying that Ryan was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. His communication was prompt and thoughtful throughout. The place was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable . I slept better than I have in a while at an Airbnb! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. We loved our time at this home! The pool was very awesome, the neighbors were friendly, we spent most of our time in the back yard oasis, where we played pool and enjoyed one another. I like that there weren’t any tvs in the bedrooms, kept everyone from separating into groups but instead we were able to really spend quality time together. Great stay would definitely book this listing again in the future! Hosts was polite and responsive.

This house is beautiful and matches the pictures perfectly. Very spacious and accommodating for our family of 7. The pool and spa are perfect temperatures all day long. The pool table, dart boards, and outdoor games kept the kids busy in our down time. The main living room has a massive TV and couch for relaxing at night. The bedrooms were perfect for us and the master bedroom has a shower for two so we were able to help conserve water at night 😎 The beach is a 5 minute or 1 hour drive depending on which one you choose. Tons of grocery and shopping within ten minutes. Overall this was our best ABNB experience yet so if you've found this place and you're contemplating it, Do It!!

Kristie's place was an incredible find for my family and I, we enjoyed the pool so much and also such a thoughtful host to leave snacks for not only the kids but our weenie dog too! Jacksonville Beach is such an awsome place to visit and vacation thank you Kristie for such an accommodating experience. Highly recommend this home for anyone's vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was nice and clean. We got in town early and was able to check-in early. We've never stayed in an airbnb before, so we're not sure how "stocked" things are supposed to be but we did have to go buy toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer stuff. Overall, a good calm nice place to stay, we'd stay here again but come more prepared next time with those things! 🙂
