Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Intracoastal Waterway

Monica’s home was amazing. It was spacious, beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location. She thought of every little detail. You basically don’t need to bring anything because she provides it all from pool and beach necessities to toiletries to kitchen essentials! She even provides kitchen gadgets and accessories that I don’t even have in my home! She was responsive and checked on us frequently. This was the perfect girls trip with my 3 aunts and cousins. We were so impressed we tried to book it again for October but she was already booked! I’ve stayed in many places all over the world and this was one of the nicest and most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. I can’t wait to come back to St Augustine again! Thanks Monica!

We recently stayed at this home for an 8-person golf trip and had a fantastic experience. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our entire group. The outdoor area was a major highlight, featuring a pool and hot tub that were perfect for relaxing after a day on the course. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent—just off the highway with plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Several golf courses are nearby, including TPC Sawgrass, which is only 9 minutes away. Overall, a great house in a great location. Highly recommend for golf groups or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Stephen was an amazing host, quickly responded to any questions and concerns we had. Very accommodating and flexible checkout time. And the place is VERY kid friendly as advertised, my friends and our kids had a great experience

This house is beautiful and matches the pictures perfectly. Very spacious and accommodating for our family of 7. The pool and spa are perfect temperatures all day long. The pool table, dart boards, and outdoor games kept the kids busy in our down time. The main living room has a massive TV and couch for relaxing at night. The bedrooms were perfect for us and the master bedroom has a shower for two so we were able to help conserve water at night 😎 The beach is a 5 minute or 1 hour drive depending on which one you choose. Tons of grocery and shopping within ten minutes. Overall this was our best ABNB experience yet so if you've found this place and you're contemplating it, Do It!!

Really enjoyed our stay

This house was tucked into a cute neighborhood, felt private and safe. Perfect for what we needed for our stay in FL! Barbara was friendly and responsive as a Host. Will be staying here again!

This is a beautiful home with great spaces to enjoy. The house is thoughtfully appointed for families and fun. There were ten of us-my husband and I, our two kids and their spouses, and our four grandchildren. Every one of us felt relaxed and accommodated. The house is close to downtown St Augustine and other attractions. The beach is fantastic. And--the hot tub is great! We would love to come back some day.

We (group of 5) stayed here for 3 nights while exploring St. Augustine. The house was easy to get to from town, just 10 minutes from the major attractions, and we enjoyed having the pool in the evenings. Plenty of beds for us all and we could even login to our Netflix poolside 🙂 Great stay!

The entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It was easy to get to and close to the beach. We had a great time.

The house was very comfortable, exactly what i was looking for a little weekend getaway. I wish it wasn’t raining so i could get in the hot tub lol but overall 10/10

This place was perfect for our anniversary weekend! The location is perfect- you can walk to the pool or beach in minutes, but it is also a close drive to downtown St. Augustine. The beach felt like your own private beach- not crowded at all! I loved that the condo was away from the main building so it was very quiet. They had snacks and coffee available for us as well! We will definitely be back!

Malissa's place is modern, clean, and comfortable with a beach vibe. Sitting out on the screened-in deck is very peaceful. I also enjoyed the Ocean Gallery property. The amenities are very well maintained and I liked that the gate has a 24-hour guard that made me feel secure. It was a pleasure to just walk around the sidewalks of the property to observe the beautiful and immaculately maintained landscaping. The colonial quarter of St. Augustine is just a few minutes drive and there is so much to see and do. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
