Townhome holiday rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

Gabriella was very responsive when we got there the porch light had burned out and the unit was hard to find she was there by the next afternoon to have the light replaced. Very nice hostess.

Great place to stay with family. Easy access to the ocean and beaches. Location is spot on, only 20 mins to almost anything you may need.

We really enjoyed the condo. When we walked in, it was very clean and it looked just like the pictures he posted. The walk to the beach was super short.

Clean and responsive — very close to beach. We didn’t go into Downtown as we were there for the Ocean. Loved the beach gear !

Given the need for an immediate relocation, Inga was very helpful and her home was just what we needed to enjoy the rest of our vacation. You could tell her home was cleaned very well and we felt right at home.

This condo exceeded all our expectations! It was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The beach view and access were even better than we imagined—just steps away, with stunning views right from the condo. This is truly the best place we’ve ever stayed at in Florida! We were so sad to leave and would come back again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

The place is close to the beach - very walkable within two blocks as well as local restaurants and bars. The host also provided a cart for carrying stuff to beach which helps a lot. The unit has 3-bedrooms allows for guest flexibility which we appreciated as well. Definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

Thanks for a great stay. The place was exactly as pictured and it was perfect for us and our 2 pups enjoyed sunbathing in the back yard. The walk to the beach was about 10 min and mostly on the coastal highway. Not too bad but if you prefer a shorter commute, there are a few beach access parking lots which we found useful. Thanks!

My family and I have been coming to Jacksonville for the past few years, and this has been one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The townhome was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of four. Karen was incredibly friendly and responsive—she made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to see how our stay was going. We truly felt at home and will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

This home is lovely and met our expectations. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The beach access is close and easy. We had one question of the host during our stay and received a response 32 hrs later, for which they apologized. Overall, we were very grateful to have access to this home and would definitely stay here again.

Place was well decorated with essentially all the amenities. The kitchen appliances were all new although sometimes confusing for us seniors. Fortunately, I have the same TVs. Well located two blocks from the beach. While you can walk to the beach, best to have a car to get to the many restaurants and other attractions that are not walking distance (although there is a great restaurant across the street). I would definitely stay there again.

“Sweet” Jax Beach House was wonderful! It’s so close to the ocean in a great area! Everyone we met were so nice and friendly. The house was immaculate and well equipped! It provided the relaxation and privacy we needed. I plan to book again for our next trip.

Amazing place to stay! Pictures were great but when we got there it was just unbelievable how nice the backyard was! Inside was nice and we had everything we needed. Plenty of room for people to sleep and had a nice kitchen. We would definitely go back here again! The backyard is out of this world and I could have stayed out there for fairs days!

David’s place was great! My wife, son and I were looking to stay in the Jacksonville Beach area and this rental did not disappoint. It is only a few short footsteps from beach access and the rear balcony provided an amazing view directly over the beach & ocean. We also found the beach area in front of the building seemed to have a lot less crowd activity than other areas down the beach near larger condo buildings.

We loved this place it was perfect for our family. Home was beautifully decorated and spotless. Loved the pool being right next door and all the walking trails. Thank you for a great week!!!

We cannot say enough great things about Sara’s listing! From the amazing entryway filed with beautiful ferns and flowers to the private fenced in back yard under the oaks- everything was peaceful and serene. The inside was phenomenal too and the most comfortable mattresses ever! The area surrounding the listing is quiet and perfectly located to the naval base as well as food and other amenities. Should we visit our Coastie again in Jax, we will 100% see if this listing is available. We highly recommend this place and hostess Sara was extremely responsive and accommodating! We give it 5 stars all the way around!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was a peaceful and comfortable place to come back to, especially after long days and nights at the hospital visiting my brother. The beds were incredibly comfortable, we slept so well every night. The host was very responsive and kind, replying to any messages within minutes, which we really appreciated. The washer didn’t work during our stay, but everything else was clean and just as described. Overall, a great experience. Thank you for hosting us!

Kim was so responsive and helpful from booking questions through to our stay! The unit was just as described and perfect for our family with two children — being right on the beach and walkable to a variety of restaurants was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and we appreciated checking in with a few essentials! Was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Vanessa’s townhome for a quick beach get away! This was our first time to Jax Beach and we loved it! The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes, perfect for easy early morning and after dinner beach walks with our 2 toddlers! The beach was stunning and not as crowded as we anticipated for mid-June! Vanessa was very responsive to the couple of question we had and very helpful!!

Beautiful view. We loved spending time outside feeding our newborn with such an incredible view. You are able to see dolphins, manatees, crabs etc… Quiet complex. The townhouse has everything that you need. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was great. It’s only a few minute away from everything. There is some construction happening in the area, so we decided not to “walk” to the beach;however, everything is walkable even the beach. There is plenty of space here. The kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms had everything needed to ensure we felt at home. They also provided a wagon and some beach gear! Overall wonderful stay. We’d definitely return.
