Beachfront holiday rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

Literally just steps to the beach. Great morning and evening views from upper balcony of sunrise and sunset. Had everything we needed for myself, husband, and pup. Water pressure in shower amazing! Make sure to check the book for the WiFi password early in stay for good internet connection. Full size fridge with freezer but no ice maker - not a problem. Bag of ice was there waiting for us and we paid it forward for the next guests. Highly recommend this location.

We had a great time and enjoyed the house. The host was very responsive. The views were beautiful. Historic St. Augustine is a quick drive away. There are other restaurants and ice cream places in walking distance. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill. I’m sure we will be going back again soon.

Of all the Airbnbs in any location we’ve used over the years, this one has been my favorite! It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything. Having access to the garage was great for beach days. Its location is perfect for St Augustine. This was our second time visiting St Augustine and I highly recommend this location. It’s a short walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. And it’s a close driving distance to restaurants and a reasonable drive to the historic downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

We had stayed in this condo years ago and was very impressed with how well they are maintained! Great view of ocean to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We would stay there again.

Scott’s place was very clean and homey like also for older folks like my husband and I there is a elevator which made it very convenient . Scott was very friendly and communicated with us right away the view was gorgeous and well worth the price we paid which by the way was the most reasonable in the area especially for beachfront hotels and accommodation for 6 people . My daughter and her family stayed with us and was very impressed with the hotels cleanliness location and essentials that Scott provided. thank you very much ! we hope to stay there again soon we all enjoyed our stay 😃

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront Airbnb! The house itself is absolutely lovely—tastefully decorated, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. It immediately felt like a home away from home, which made our time in Florida all the more special. The hosts were fantastic—very responsive, kind, and genuinely friendly. They made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish, and their attention to detail really showed. This rental was the perfect spot for us while we wrapped up a few final things before our move from Ohio to Florida. Peaceful, comfortable, and well cared for—we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

This place was super nice for my wife and I to stay for a week. While this unit was not beachfront, it was an easy walk through the complex to get to the beach access. You can also drive your car from the unit and park in the visitor spots which are next to where you access the beach for this complex. The unit was super clean and perfect for up to 4 people!

This Airbnb was perfect for a stay for two people. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach! We’d definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Todd’s place he was a great host, with great communication. The condo had everything you would need on your beach getaway. Easy walk to the ocean. Beach was very clean and in a great location. I rate condo, host and beach a 10!!! Can’t wait to go back to St. Augustine beach.

Cindy is rated super host. It's no wonder; she's easily accessible, responsive and delightful. The unit itself? 5 out of 5. Beautifully decorated and appointed. Great proximity to pools AND beach. My sisters and I enjoyed everything needed for a week-long stress free/care free vacation. We so enjoyed meals out on the balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. Would we go back? Great place, amazing pool, and so close to the beach! We loved Chris and Michelle’s guide with all the food and activity recommendations. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with a pool and the beach super close, this is it. Both Chris and Michelle were also super friendly!

Great location with beach access and pool.

My family of 4 absolutely loved this place!! We all felt right at home. It had everything we needed, including 1 minute or less walk to the nearest pool and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The wagon and beach toys/chairs were so handy. We loved the patio and comfy beds. We slept so good there! Everything was so clean and well decorated. We will definitely come back!

Excellent communication from the host, very responsive. This unit has a great location, right on the beach. The outside of the building looks a little bit dated, but the unit has been remodeled and is beautiful and modern inside. Lots of beach toys included.

Our family vacation went absolutely wonderful with lots of memories thanks to Hillary’s wonderful condo! She has made remarkable efforts to make this beach condo a home away from home that has everything anyone could need. The beach is so walkable and she has so many beach essentials available for use. The restaurants/ice cream shops/activities are so close by. We enjoyed every minute of everyday and will definitely plan to return!

This is my second stay at Michelle’s and it was even better than the last time! Michelle is a great host - always responds quickly. The house is in the perfect location with only a short walk to the beach and it’s so relaxing to sit on the porch and listen to the ocean waves. Love this house!

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Very clear instructions. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Thank you both!

Lisa’s home was perfectly located on Jax Beach, close to restaurants, and a little on the quieter side of town. We loved the space, it had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with seaside photos and maps we all enjoyed! I had to work one day and from the front patio I felt as if I were at the beach with my family, beautiful views! Thank you Lisa, will be booking again next year!

Daniel’s place was amazing! Its proximity to the beach makes this place well worth it. Just a 5 minute drive to great restaurants, bars, and shops. We loved the fenced in backyard area for our dog and took many walks on the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our hosts were lovely and response to all our requests. The bedding was comfy and the mattress wonderful. We did have a problem with the key pad not working for a few days, however, we did receive quick attention by the owners giving us a key for entry. Also, the owners supplied the condo with many supplies that otherwise we would have to purchase. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this unit for rental.

This was our second time staying here. The place is perfectly peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Plenty of fishing, shark teeth hunting, and watching the various ships. FANTASTIC host we will most definitely be back for a 3rd time!
