Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Intracoastal Waterway

Wonderful stay. Very well kept and nicely appointed. Probably great with pets, but we did not have any pets and was excellent without pets too. Proximity to Mayo Clinic makes this perfect for anyone using Mayo, but also is less than 10 min from beach and near lots of shopping. Beds and furniture all comfortable and high quality. Host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great. Our family enjoyed it. The pool was amazing and everything was clean. It actually restored our faith in renting Airbnb properties due to some previous bad experiences but this one was exactly as pictured and clean and comfortable for all of us. The host was responsive and helpful and the surrounding area is nice. Only a short drive to the beach. Would come back for sure. Thank you for a great experience.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! Yuriy was a fantastic host—very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! We had a great time and will definitely be booking this rental again for future visits to Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

Her home was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and well maintained. Lots of little extras like beach chairs, pool toys, games and coffee. Hosts were responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place.

We have stayed here a few times. I visit with my 92 year old boss. The handicap accessibility is fantastic. Carson keeps up with things and recently made some upgrades. The bathrooms could use towel bars, but I have seen that guests are hard on those, so I understand. Looking forward to our next stay there!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Zac’s. We came in on Memorial Day and we’re very pleased with the location and the amount of privacy the home offers. The area is close to the beach, restaurants and stores but still offers tranquil surroundings to rest. The home was very clean and clutter free. The air conditioning worked excellent and was very quiet when operating. Home had an air purifier running which was an added plus. The home smelled nice no signs of leaks or musty smells. We come to town for the Mayo Clinic. Finding this home that is quiet convenient, extra clean and less than 10 minutes to the Mayo was a blessing. We will definitely stay at Zac’s again!

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

Really beautiful memorable stay

A perfect spot for a girls’ weekend! Literally 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Publix and plenty of restaurants a short walk, drive or Uber away.

There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! Thank You So Much Edward and Glenna, because we really really enjoyed it. We felt like we were home and they were super super friendly. They were really amazing. They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. Great home for family gathering and easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had all the amenities and place was spotless. Raniya was very responsive and welcoming

This place was truly one of the best beach houses we have every stayed at, the kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of games for rainy days. A really beautiful place, we honestly spent most of our time on the hammock because it was so relaxing.

Sometimes it's hard to find Airbnbs in downtown Jax that balance quality, cleanliness, and the feeling of safety at night, but the Casita met all of those and more. Cozy and affordable, it's clear Marie's place was curated with love and thoughtfulness. She had snacks, rain ponchos, games, a record player, and even extra toiletries in case you forgot a toothbrush or your lotion didn't quite meet the 3 oz airline requirements. Loved my stay!

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

The accommodations were very clean and comfortable . The view was spectacular 😍 The distance to the beach was perfect. Our trip was relaxing and amazing. Being older, we were glad we rented a car to go out dining in the evening. We didn’t really explore the area but we were really more comfortable just hanging on the beach, the pool and the condo. Total relaxation was our goal and that goal was reached😍 Thank you so much❣️

Paty was a great host! The condo/apartment was even more spacious than the photos show. Our stay was also close to the new developments/shops around town, making it easy to pick up last minute items for our trip.

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

My family of 4 absolutely loved this place!! We all felt right at home. It had everything we needed, including 1 minute or less walk to the nearest pool and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The wagon and beach toys/chairs were so handy. We loved the patio and comfy beds. We slept so good there! Everything was so clean and well decorated. We will definitely come back!
