Bungalow holiday rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here at the beach bungalow! It was in a perfect spot for walkable dinners and daily beach trips. The pictures are an exact representation of what you’re paying for! The host was really responsive and checked in on us after our first night to make sure our stay was a five star experience - like it was. Hopefully we can make it back next year!

Hello! Martie’s place was so beautiful and fun. We had such a great time looking around at all of the art and going to the beach for night swimming. I thought we booked for an extra day but when the cleaning crew showed up I had to double check our reservation. Turned out I was incorrect on my dates! Martie was very understanding with my mistake and even attempted to help check on other airbnbs for us! Fortunately we had family that had an extra bed for us. We 100% recommend this home and will be rebooking if we take another trip to St. Augustine! Thank you Martie!

It was very nice and super close to the beach. It’s set back off the road and very private. Great hosts to work with.

Jackson’s place was perfect for my trip. Easy and quick walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable bed and furniture. Kitchen was well stocked for normal cooking needs. AC worked well. Absolutely recommend staying at this Airbnb.

What a gem! Perfectly positioned one block from the beach, this bungalow is just adorable. Fun decor, comfortable bed, more than enough room for my two teens and I to spread out. Shopping and dining are mere minutes away. The beach is a VERY short walk and beach itself is clean and beautiful. Martie was very accommodating and easy to work with. Five stars all the way! We’d love to come back!

i enjoyed this location very much. home was new and lots of great touches. easy accesibility, and overall a cute place. being a pet friendly location was very convenient. they also had a nice complimentry basket with some goodies in it. would come back if in the area

The house is beautiful! It’s in a great location as well! It could use a deep clean but was VERY nice! The beds were also very comfortable! I wish there was better communication though! Definitely would come back!!

We had a great one-week stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, grocery stores, beautiful beaches, and an easy drive to both Jacksonville and St. Augustine. It was also super dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. The backyard was a great space for our pups to play, and there was a nice park nearby. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and great for walking. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a convenient, cozy, and pet-friendly spot!

This was my second time at Karina’s, and it certainly won’t be the last. This is a gem of a place — so charming and gorgeous, both cozy and exquisite. I love the snug size and creative efficiency that makes it still feel spacey; it’s the perfect size for a vacation home for 2, and the spectacular foliage around the house makes it feel privately paradisiacal. I can’t wait to return!

If you’re booking a trip and this home is available GRAB IT don’t hesitate. This place is absolutely gorgeous the pics don’t do it justice and the house has a lot of items to replace if case you forgot I.e. body wash laundry soap beach towels beach chairs and even charcoal as well as cleaning supplies. I truly felt like it was my house I immediately walked into a welcome note and got right to relaxing and headed straight down the block to the beach. The jacuzzi is a must when staying here and the convenience of the hose to wash off the sand before entering. This Airbnb host is the ideal host for local and non local travelers if it’s just a getaway or a family gathering this place has so much to offer. the beds were amazing and the space wow so much space. The hot water is amazingly hot. The freedom to use what you want as long as you respect the items I would definitely book this house again and will always recommend it to friends and family. This host blew my standards out the water.

Perfect little cottage for us and it was absolutely wonderful! Quiet, peaceful and relaxing while we were there for my dad’s stay at Mayo. Very close to Mayo and definitely helped us a lot being close to my dad! Everything was spotless and clean, fully stocked with amenities and enjoyed our privacy. Mindi and Rick were amazing hosts, always helped us if needed and they were so sweet!

Jerry hosted our family at his beach cottage for over a month! The location is close to the beach. We felt right at home and the house had everything we needed! We will definitely book with Jerry again!
