Monthly Rentals in Instow

Mark was very helpful, supplying snacks milk and water, often check we had everything we needed and let us keep our bikes in his garage. so all in all a very pleasant experience.

Amazing time in Instow. Would very happily stay in the property again. The views outside the lounge and kitchen window were incredible. The property was clean and very comfortable. As a runner, being right on the Tarka trail was a massive bonus.

Nice cosy apartment outside of Instow. A short walk of 15 mins. brought us to the nice beach and a good restaurant. The street was quiet, the neighborhood as well. Enjoyed the stay even though it was only for one night.

Holly Hayes house is just wonderful. It was so lovely and clean. The bifold doors onto the patio were amazing. The bed and sheets so comfy. BBQ in the garden. If you want to use log burner remember to bring own logs, kindling and fire lighters as not provided. The location was fabulous, all on the flat the beach. Fantastic deli, ferry across to Appledore and pubs. All absolutely perfect, we didn’t want to leave!!!!
