Our newly renovated dog friendly cosy cottage is the perfect base to explore the local area, the fine eateries and the stunning coastal walks. Long sandy beach is great for surfing, swimming or walking. Coastpath/golfcourse 5 min walk away. Cycling -Tarka trail, 2 miles. Ideally suited for couples or with baby/older child.( click/clack small sofabed with topper is fairly basic but OK for short stays for 1 or 2 people for an odd night or two!)

Lovely little cottage very close to the beach, pub and restaurants which are dog friendly. The cottage is an ideal base to explore the area during the day. Then have a relaxing beer in the pub and hopefully catch a sunset over the sea.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Olivia, Sam and Tobys cottage it's a lovely unspoiled part of the country with polite people and beautiful surroundings, plenty to do and see, lots of very local pubs and eateries (dog friendly too) local amenities only a 5 minutes car trip away, car parks a couple of mins walk, the cottage is as described very clean and everything you need including bbq, bed is very comfy too as some rented hol let's are awful, all in all very pleased and would go again in future, Best regards Jack & Kay.

We had a lovely stay at Dot’s cottage. It was a very peaceful area. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. There is plenty of room in the double rooms for our travel cot. There isn’t much to do in Instow so luckily we had the car and was out most days. I did not know until arriving that the sea at instow is not safe to swim in. We went over to westward Ho! And was able to swim there. Emma was very contactable and friendly. We would stay here again if we want a quiet weekend away. If you are looking for something with more to do around you then this place may not be for you. With the price that we paid for the time of year I would expect to be somewhere with more activities near by. But we know for next time. Thank you Emma for a lovely stay.
