Monthly Rentals in Indian Hill

Overall had a great stay even though it was awfully short. We were very pleased to get offered free coffee from the downstairs coffee shop for being guests of the Air BNB. My wife loved it. Maureen and Ben allowed us to stay a little past checkout to accommodate our event schedule. Very pleased!

Only stayed for the evening but it was a perfect place to catch up with an old friend after an event. Right on the river with a nice porch to hang out.

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

Number 9 was very comfortable. I had to learn how to use the portable AC units during my summertime stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Aveling responded quickly to any questions or concerns.  There are covered parking spots in the back or street parking. It is on a side street in a very nice walkable neighborhood. The neighborhood is very hilly with some steep inclines. There are restaurants, convenience stores (UDF), and coffee shops within walking distance in two directions.
