Impeccable accommodation with all the necessary amenities and even more (linens, baby equipment, laundry if needed, dishwasher tablets, kitchen necessities, etc.). Quiet accommodation with parking just in front of the entrance of the building and close to bus line 1, serving the city center (aquarium) in about 20 minutes. Shops nearby. We had a wonderful stay at Giancarlo’s place. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-located — perfect for our family. Giancarlo is a kind and helpful host who assisted us more than once with taxis and responded quickly every time. We appreciated his kindness so much that we left him a small gift from our culture as a thank you. His warmth and hospitality made our stay in Genova truly memorable. Highly recommended!

We arrived by car, four of us, and there was a private parking lot right next to the house. The apartment is quite large, spacious kitchen with a balcony, it had everything you need. The host met me, accommodated me, gave the necessary advice and was always in touch. We were VERY satisfied ! We will recommend✌️

Accommodation taken for the May 1st bridge, an excellent location to reach by car and public transport within walking distance. Apartment exactly as described. Alessandro is a great landlord and very helpful
