Family-friendly holiday rentals in Horsetooth Reservoir

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

My family and I stayed here for a peaceful getaway for my birthday. The house was easy to get into and cozy. The hot tub was easy to access, and we saw it cleaned several times during our stay. The wifi worked well, and using the television was straightforward. One of the rooms was separate from the main portion of the house, but it was still connected through the main entrance. This setup is good for a group of adults, but I can't say I would recommend this house to families with younger kids. The house is quirky, and you can hear everything from each room inside the main house, but we didn't mind. There was no fan in the bathroom, but there was a window, so it was okay. The porch was spacious, and the grill worked fine. The entrances to the porch had no gates, but if you brought 2 baby gates, that would probably work well for pets or kids. Staying in the spring was nice because it didn't get too hot and we didn't need the AC. Overall it was a nice stay, dogs loved it too!

this was my second time staying at mark's place and it was as wonderful as the time before. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking, the home feels private and peaceful, elk walk beside the property, mark is informative and friendly, the house is cozy and comfortable.

Amazing house! Would come back and stay at any of the cabins! They were perfect for our family and right in the middle of everything we needed around Estes park! Would 100% recommend staying at any of the cabins! Our view was amazing! The host was very friendly and checked in on us throughout our stay!

Stunning views! Located so close to the national park that we did multiple day trips. Plenty of room for our whole group of 11 and the kids loved the loft upstairs! Hot tub on the deck was an added bonus. The house is close to many wonderful restaurants and shops.

My family & I met here for Christmas. The home was so peaceful & quiet, although it was a bit hard to find the first time in the dark. It was worth it! The kids loved the hot tub, & the area had lots of fun things to explore! Thanks, Robert for your part in our great Christmas!

Mountain Sunrise Cabin was an excellent place to spend our family vacation. The home is very clean, has great views, and the hot tub and fireplace were such an awesome way to relax after our days horseback riding, hiking and exploring the national park. Having our own laundry room was so nice, it allowed us to pack light and was convenient with having our kids with us. Our kids also loved having wildlife in the yard almost everyday. As a host, Cyndi was great, always responsive and every was easy and well communicated/organized. We highly recommend Mountain Sunrise, and hope to return some day. Thanks, Cyndi!

This delightful cabin was just magical! It was the perfect location, we were able to walk to “downtown Estes”, walk to get coffee in the morning with the pups, the pups love this huge backyard, it was just a perfect and beautiful day! Saw lots of wildlife, had a ton of fun! And Oakley couldn’t be faster and more efficient with my questions! Do not hesitate to rent this cabin! I have stayed in Estes many times and this to me was my favorite, there’s something so nice about having a larger cabin than a smaller one! And being able to soak in the hot tub in the morning in the evenings was just divine! And a fun kitchen to cook in! Thank you!!

We were so pleased with how well-stocked your place was with all the little details a traveler might need, from kitchen spices and sauces, to board games and good books. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was amazingly quiet at night even though it's on a thoroughfare. It felt very private and peaceful. We will definitely book this spot every time we visit Fort Collins.

Kevin’s house was great for a large group. We all had the space we needed as did the dogs.

Excellent stay in a nicely redone and very clean craftsman cottage on a quiet tree-lined street. Easy to get to anywhere in Loveland. Two comfortable bedrooms, a good-sized kitchen, great laundry room … and a nice dining/living room area. There’s a train track behind the backyard, but the train only goes by in mid-morning and we honestly barely heard it. Super communications with Anthony.

We had a fantastic time staying at glorious cabin. My wife and I and both of our dogs stayed there for nearly two weeks. Both her and her husband were always very responsive to my messages when I asked for something, and we felt like we were part of their family. Their location is very peaceful and I found it very easy to get my work done as a remote worker. The internet was strong , which allowed me to take my meetings and get my work done. I felt safe and I felt my belongings were secure. We took full advantage of the outside kitchen.That's where we made nearly all of our meals. They have 2 dogs that were very friendly to us.And they were a joy to see every morning. Every morning the ducks would walk the property and that was fun to watch. Beautiful views. It was close to a farm stand as well which we drove too nearly every day to get some snacks. It was also less than 15 minutes from grocery stores and other things that I needed.

We are thrilled to find this beautiful place right in our local neighborhood. Our condo is small and we plan to have many visitors so will definitely be booking stays at Yvette's for friends and family. Almost hesitant to recommend so highly for fear they will be all booked up.

Our stay at Lana’s place was peaceful and a great place to disconnect. The views were amazing and Lana and Morgan were perfect hosts! Lana thought of everything, which is nice because it is a drive to a store. The breakfast and the option for other meals is a great personal touch. We would definitely come back when we could explore a little more.

We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful also.

Great location! Stayed here with 2 couples (total). The place had everything you'd need to cook all your meals (which we did) and 2 bathrooms! Location was perfecttt-- close to so much hiking and restaurants and breweries and a short 30-40 min drive to Denver if you're interested. Would definitely recommend-- plus the vibes/decor were 100!

Loved staying here at this beautiful location and stay! It was family friendly with a playground and games/movies at the lobby to checkout for free. Minutes from RMNP! Highly suggest!

The house is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, yet convenient to CU Boulder. There were all amenities of home in the well stocked kitchen. The living spaces were nicely decorated. The rooms were comfortable and tidy. The backyard is an absolute gem, serene, beautifully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Lisi was most responsive and gave precise instructions for our stay. I would happily stay here again.

These cabins are about as close to Rocky Mountain park as can be, yet are still close to restaurants, coffee shops and Estes Park. The staff are friendly, and we definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub after hiking. Highly recommended for a cosy cabin stay!

It was a nice place and close to Rocky Mountain National park where we took a tour. Beautiful area with a cute little town and beautiful weather with no humidity. Would recommend it if you are planning a trip to Colorado.
