House holiday rentals in Holmes Beach

This was a great stay for our first family vacation. Beach within easy walking distance, restaurants easy to get to, plenty of shopping and amenities were spot on. We dunno what mattresses they have but we’re far better than most hotels we’ve stayed at. Made getting acclimated much better and easier.

My family and I had a fantastic week at this Paradise Palms home. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place for us to relax and have fun. The home's proximity to the beach is great, just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy it. The house was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, this vacation home exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time and will be back again!

We LOVED the Captain’s Quarters at Spinnakers cottages. I feel like we totally lucked out. Everything was grand; it had everything we needed from a comfy place to sleep, to being well stocked for cooking. The outside table and sitting area was just beautiful and I loved having some little friends out there too- a friendly little lizard and the mourning doves. The kids loved the pool, and everyone was super friendly in the other cottages. It was just a great atmosphere. The location could not be any better too. The walk to the beach was super easy and after realizing I left some beach gear at home by accident, the beach locker had everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants. Great memories were made and everyone in my family had a wonderful time. It was our first time to AMI and I had no idea what to expect. Now, I can only dream of next time!

We had a great stay on AMI! The house looks brand new inside, it’s an easy walk down to the beach, having a pool was a huge bonus! The house and yard are very clean and organised, everything we needed was on site including a grille, and beach chairs. Thanks for having us!

The Sand DollarCottage was our home for our family vacation this year. The home was even better than pictured. Walking, we were 90 seconds away from the beautiful white sand beach of the gulf. You don’t realize how nice a private pool is until you have that amenity at hand. Carolyn, the host, was great. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Our family definitely recommends this home and its host.

This was our 2nd time booking with Jennifer. She is such a great host. AMI is as magical as ever. We enjoyed walking to the beach every morning and coming back to the pool in the afternoon. So many wonderful restaurants and shops all accessible by trolley—just a short walk from the condo. We love this island so much and Jennifer’s condo is the perfect location to take it all in.

Rasas place was perfect! Rasa was so kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Rick’s place. The house and rooms were beautiful and clean. Very well decorated and had everything you could need for a great vacation with the kids and grandparents. Rick was communicative and responsive. We very much enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool side cabana and porch downstairs (the kids loved the pool and all the toys!). Thank you very much for such a great stay! We would love to return for another vacation. Everyone in our party loved it very much. Sending all our compliments :)

Our family thoroughly enjoyed “Sunsets on Carissa” . This was our 4th time visiting AMI and we all agreed this was our favorite house we have stayed in! The location to the beach was top notch. We also loved being able to walk to some of our favorite spots in AMI (Ugly Grouper , Scott’s Deli, AMI coffee shop). The home had plenty of beach supplies which included beach chairs, a very nice wagon and some boogie boards. The backyard /pool/ outdoor sitting areas were relaxing and very private. The master bedroom was peaceful and serene. Comfy furniture was found throughout the home. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils you could imagine! Overall you cannot go wrong with “Sunsets on Carissa” !

Our family decided to go to Anna Maria Island to celebrate my oldest graduating high school. It was by far the best, most relaxing vacation we’ve had. Everything about the location, atmosphere, walking distance to the beach, and especially the home was perfect! Ashley was a great host, kind a responsive, and provided the exact replica of the picture perfect home you see listed. Thank you for this much needed slice of paradise. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing week at Michael and Denzel’s home! It was actually better than the pictures with enough space for everyone to feel right at home. The layout was perfect for two families. The home is spotless and extremely well stocked. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool everyday! Highly recommend this home. It will exceed your expectations in every way!

We thoroughly enjoyed Backyard Bliss. It was tucked away in a little cul-de-sac with a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed for inside as well as everything needed for a day at the beach. And the pool was wonderful!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is just like in the pictures and had everything we needed and more! Best part is that it is literally a 5 min walk to the beach! Each room has a bathroom which was super helpful while staying with two little ones. The house was spacious, clean and neat. We spent a lot of our time outdoors enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. It was a dream! The host was super responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. If you are looking for an amazing family getaway look no further. We will definitely come back!

Eileen's home and Gail's hosting exceeded our expectations! Perfect location, just across the street from the beach path on a quiet street in my favorite A.M.I. neighborhood and beach area. The charming home has been freshly updated with lots of natural light, beautiful terrazzo floors, well-stocked kitchen and supplies, and is pristinely maintained throughout. There are generous, well-appointed amenities and thoughtful, welcome gifts which add special touches throughout the home. The several inviting indoor and outdoor living areas are spacious and nicely furnished with comfortable seating. The beds are also comfortable with high quality pillows and bedding. The bath and beach towels are plush and plentiful. Nice bikes and beach chairs are also available for one's use. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee outside watching the birds visit the birdfeeder. Considering the many years that we have visited A.M.I., Eileen's place is the most welcoming and just steps from the beach!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s Airbnb! Great location, close to the beach, and lots of restaurants around. We plan on coming back!

10 of us stayed at Jeff and Ingrid’s and it was perfect! The house was beautiful, plenty of linens and kitchen necessities. The location was great for walking to shops or beach! Loved the outdoor area! Perfect to unwind after the beach or dinner. We will be back!

We had an amazing week at Cindy's shell house. It was very clean, just as described and a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the linens were top notch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the garage was packed with beach supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the peaceful location. Basically had the beach to ourselves & saw manatee and dolphins swimming close to the shore. The sunsets were beautiful and we were sad when it was time to come back home. Would highly recommend & Cindy was a pleasure to speak with!!

The home and amenities were perfect for our week long stay on the island. It was a short walk to the beach every day and easy return back home to the pool for an afternoon swim. The home is very nice and comfortable. It’s centrally located to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

3 couples Spent 9 days of pure relaxation in this charming beach home with the best homey beach vibes and decor. The home is bright and Sunny with a private backyard that looks straight through the garage port to the beautiful ocean waters right from the pool when the garage door is open. The whole front of the house has a beautiful view. Great for sitting out on the deck and people watching . We could even see dolphins out there swimming from the house. All kinds of thoughtful personal touches and amenities were taken into consideration when thinking of guests and their vacation needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again in the future. We felt right at home.

The house was perfect, great location, beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house included lots of thoughtful extras such as a cool box, beach cart, sun tent and chairs for the beach. There was also sports equipment to use on the nearby sport courts and fishing equipment that could be used off the deck. The house was really well equipped and everything had been thought of. The app that is set up for house is a great idea and has all the information you need for the house including recommendations for eating out. In addition Alex and James are easy to contact and are very responsive. We had a great 10 days and hope to stay again.

This home couldn’t have been a better fit for our beach trip. We had 4 families gather (12 of us in total) in early June. The host’s replies were prompt and clear. Inside, the space is even more beautiful than the photos: roomy, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches like a game room, coffee station, corn-hole set, and a covered grilling area. Lots of balconies with beautiful, partial views of the bay and the Skyway Bridge. The home was very clean, and everyone raved about the comfortable beds, and the location put us close to the sand and local spots. We’d happily book this place again for our next group trip!
