Beach apartment holiday rentals in Holmes Beach

The place was exactly as advertised and I loved how close we were to the beach. It also was pretty private and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Even though it was great, we probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the shower. My bf has had knee surgery and it was extremely difficult to get into the shower. The side of the tub was very very high, I had to lift my knee to my chest to get into the tub and my bf struggled a lot with his bad knee to do that to get into the shower. I still give the place 5 stars because it was as advertised I just didn’t realize from photos that the bathroom would be difficult for us to manage, and that’s our personal problem not a problem with the Airbnb. Everything else was perfect!

The place is so beautiful inside - completely ready for social media posts. The location was amazing - and having a cart with all the beach stuff right there - it was just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf. While there was some construction going on because of the hurricane repairs - it was not inconvenient AT ALL …. We LOVED our experience and seriously did not want to leave! Everything perfect perfect perfect 👌

Steve was a very responsive and respectful host. The condo is a short walk to the pool, beach and local restaurants. There were clear instructions on anything we needed to know and the condo was super clean. We appreciate the hospitality and we will be staying here again.

Our stay at the Westwind was great. Very clean and up to date amenities. Had everything you need to head to the beach including beach chairs, coolers, and towels. Everything was very positive. Just as described and pictured.

We had a lovely stay at 42 Gulf Blvd IRB! The house is comfortable, the beach area is peaceful and beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. While we did experience a couple of issues during our stay, we truly appreciate how responsive and caring the management team was. They took our concerns seriously and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. Their communication made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a laid-back and enjoyable beach experience!

Totally exceeded my expectations!!! Rosana was amazing! Her condo was exquisite. Loved the personal touches and hospitality that was extended. Can't wait to come back!!!

Spacious and solid building and floors no mildew or animal smells so nice being on the beach, the unit doesn’t have great views from the windows but step outside and it’s a beautiful beach…loved our stay would recommend

This was a great place and had everything you needed! My family really enjoyed it and the host was amazing to work with and responded back really fast! I would go back here!! Also the beach, omg it’s beautiful!! White sandy beaches, beautiful blue water, we even found whole sand dollars!! Worth checking out and staying!!!

This Airbnb has a GORGEOUS view! It was so peaceful to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. And the beach was right there to walk down to. Was well-worth it to spend a week here away from my busy job - I’m leaving relaxed.

Sandra's place was just as described and we would stay here again.

This is the second time I've stayed at Ioulia's. It's well worth the price for the location. It's cute, quiet, clean, and easily accessible. There's so much to do in the area, and I can't wait to come back and stay longer!

My mother & I stayed here for a Mother's day staycation. It was comfortable for just us two and the pullout bed was pretty comfortable compared to most. The primary bed was the most comfortable of course. We both live in tiny homes, so we were comfortable with a studio apartment layout and especially with the outdoor sitting area that we spent most of our time enjoying. The space felt a lot bigger than what it probably is, and the location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying again. Safe place for solo female travelers as well and pups are welcomed 😊🐶🌴

I was almost hesitant to leave such an amazing review to keep this gem a secret! It is absolutely perfect, a Madeira treasure. The location is incredible, the host is super friendly and responsive, and there were several thoughtful touches. We will absolutely be back to the Beach Chill, we are forever fans!

This was absolutely the perfect location for a relaxing trip to the beach! You literally step off your patio and directly on to the sand. Amenities like beach chairs are provided…. and a spigot out front to rinse your feet on your way in. You can see the ocean, including the beautiful sunsets through the front door! The interior space was clean and comfortable. Cozy. Directions were clearly listed. Washer/dryer made it super convenient to wash clothes before heading home. If you’re in the from bedroom, you can even crack your window and hear the ocean at night! It was so peaceful.

Great location with easy access to beach and short walk to restaurants at boardwalk. About 30 minutes to a rays game or Airport (Pie).

The condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Close to the public beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus David ordered a perfect week of weather for us! Wonderful.

I rented this place for my parents. They like it so much. The host is very responsible. I highly recommend this place

Nichole’s condo was absolutely amazing. The location was great. The beach is right out of the door. There are many restaurants so close. There is a tiki bar on the property right by the pool which we loved. Britt’s pizza delivered amazing meals. The bed was so comfortable and the ocean view is breathtaking.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

The Chateaux was perfect for our girls trip! There were 8 of us and each bedroom room was like staying in a hotel. The small things did not go unnoticed. Perfect distance to the beach. We had an awesome time!

Location, location, location! This is the place if you want to park your car and never start it until check-out. Obviously, the private gated path to Siesta Beach is priceless. You don't have to drive to a public access point and seach for a parking spot. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and gelato (!) are literally a walk across the street...with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. Oh, and the condo is pretty nice as well. Lots of nice touches for guests.

We had a great stay. The house was super clean and comfortable! The balcony was great. We were so close to everything and literally, right across the street from the beach. The pool supply storage had pretty much all we needed for beach supplies. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

This place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the beach was literally right there. Sean was fabulous to work with and very helpful! We very much enjoyed our stay.
