Great location for beach lovers who want a little extra/different from typical hotel room, yet you’ll still enjoy some of the hotel benefits (towels, pool). Very clean, well stocked. Great host, clear communications.

The condo is very conveniently located, has a cute kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and super comfortable beds. 15 to 20-minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. The host is quick to respond to any concerns, and she hopes to correct them and make sure her place is well taken care of for guests in the future. Our family enjoyed making memories here and hope to be back soon. Thank you ❤️

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, perfect for sharing with my family. Its balcony overlooking the building’s pool was a huge plus... excellent location, just an 8min walk from restaurants and shops... 100% recommended

We enjoyed our stay here ! There was a lot of room for the 5 of us. Everything you will need is in the home. The gated community felt safe. The area is perfect only a 7 minute drive to beach ! The pool was beautiful and nice. Do note this condo is on the 3rd floor and has stairs only. It was not a issue for us ! Parking was not a issue , plenty of spaces. Check in and out was easy no issues. We would definitely book with Agnes and Paul again in the future :)

Kim was very kind and responsive leading up to our trip. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel last minute due to my job, but my travel partner was luckily still able to go and enjoy this beautiful place. Here is what she had to say about the place: "This air bnb was perfect! It has a lovely view in the mornings and night time, we were able to see some dolphins from the balcony. Very quiet area but close to a lot of activities and not far from downtown Tampa to enjoy the nightlife. Definitely would come back!" We appreciate all the help and quick responses from Kim and her husband. I am hoping to get to reschedule a trip to Tampa and would definitely book again. Thank you, Kim!

It was the perfect girls weekend. The views were amazing. The unit is so peaceful even the neighbors are lovely. One gentleman knocked on our door just to forewarn us that he was going to hang a picture on the wall and that we might hear knocking. It was the most neighborly thing! The unit was super clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had excellent recommendations from the host and went to a few of the location suggested and they were very good. The owner is also very responsive to any questions and doesn’t get annoyed when you ask too many questions, lol. I plan on visiting again if the unit is still available, I 100% recommend it and for those of you that loves sunrises if you go out to the little deck by the pool early in the morning, not only will you catch a wonderful sunrise but you will most likely see dolphins like I did. This was exactly what my soul needed.

This is our 5th time staying here, and the place and location speak for itself. The one thing that takes this place over the top in our opinion is the amazing and friendly hosts, Honestly they have treated us like family and made sure our stay has been amazing and safe. We were there for hurricane Helene and they made sure we were taken care of the whole time. I can’t thank them enough, including Vince who is always on top of everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This airbnb was absolutely stunning....It had everything you could imagine to be able to enjoy your stay ..One thing they dont mention is the dolphins in the ocean that swim right up to the pool area several times a day.. The host Valerie was outstanding in making sure our stay was awesome...One day the pool was down , but Valerie made sure she accomdated us...Top notch customer service...We would recommend her Airbnb...You will be completely satisfied...

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Summer's place for 4 nights. It was as described in the posting and she was a fantastic host. She responded quickly and was able to accommodate our requests. The apartment was clean and located in a beautiful area. The pool was located on the waterfront and had beautiful views. We were at the pool every day. The location is somewhat remote (not very walkable) but we knew that going in. There are a few bars/restaurants/stores within a 4 minute drive so still accessible. While the apartment is on the small side it was more than enough space for my wife, son and I. The area is surrounded by water and the apartment has a great balcony with some water views. Unfortunately there are mangroves directly in front of the balcony so the view is somewhat limited. Obviously there is nothing the owner can do about this. Overall we had a great stay at Summer's place and would recommend to others.

sandra was amazing with communication and helping me check in and everything was beautiful she also had child floaters for my little one in the closet i really appreciated it i also noticed a tiny fork for him as well it was little things like that, that made me enjoy my stay even more. looked exactly like the pictures and smelled amazing i had so much fun and so did my family i will definitely be picking another one sandra's rentals😊

Diane was a wonderful host. Very responsive, kind and accommodating. The condo was even better than expected too. Clean, cute and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfection! Got to see dolphins almost every morning and the sunsets were stunning! Highly, highly recommend booking with Diane, you will not be disappointed! We will definitely be back!

This unit had everything you needed for a beach trip. Chairs, umbrella, towels, beach buggie, fishing pole, tackle, beach toys, pickle ball, etc. The unit was perfect for my family. The pool is very nice, propane grills, picnic area, car wash, corn hole. Great location! My only complaint is that the window shades need to be darker to keep the sun out of the bedrooms but that is the only concern I had. I fixed this issue with a dark blanket. I highly recommend this unit and the owner is quick at responding and extremely helpful. 10 stars!

Stop what you are doing and BOOK THIS PLACE!! Clean and spacious home ✔️ Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, condiments, spices, etc) ✔️ Tons of amenities like hot tub, fire pit, egg chairs, hibachi grill, golfing area, etc ✔️ All the beach equipment that you need (chairs, tent, snorkel, masks) ✔️ PLUS the best Host who was always quick to respond to any questions and even installed a new thermostat while we were there because the old one was messing up the temp and we like a cool 70 degrees at home ✔️ And if that wasn’t amazing enough, the host also took us on TWO BOAT TRIPS!!! All we paid for was the gas and any drinks or snacks that we wanted to bring (plus a tip since the boat tours were the highlight of the trip). Vlad knew all the best spots for private island time, snorkeling, and dolphin watching!! In all honesty I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide if I wanted to write an accurate review or gatekeep this hidden gem… I decided not to gatekeep.

Loved this Airbnb! So cute, clean and cozy. There was plenty of space. The bed and bedding were so comfortable I had to check the tag so I can get my own! Back patio space was perfect and there were plants and bushes to ensure privacy. I have never seen an Airbnb so well equipped in the bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of towels and beach equipment. The host is wonderful - friendly, helpful and responsive! I am already looking for an excuse to come back!

Solen was an amazing host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She even brought us a brand-new can opener when we needed one! The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a great area. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

My boys really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was lots of room. We had 9 people and it was very spacious. My youngest absolutely loved the ax and ninja star throwing board. Her had a great time. Ashley was very responsive. The hot tub temperature was set low and Ashley remotely increased it so that we were able to enjoy the warm hot tub.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The house was not only beautiful but also incredibly welcoming—my family felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept so well. The kitchen was impressively well stocked with everything we needed, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The outdoor space was also a big hit—perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We were so comfortable and happy here that we genuinely didn’t want to leave—we even considered staying an extra night! It was the perfect home away from home, and we’re so grateful for the experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly peaceful stay. We’ll definitely be back!

This is probably the best house you could stay in! We absolutely loved everything about it, the house is spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, the beds are super comfy, and the view from the pool is simply breathtaking. The location is also perfect: less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, 10 minutes to restaurants and shopping, and about 30 minutes to some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches. A big plus was the pool service, they even left a note detailing what they had done and how long we should wait before using the pool again. Mergim was extremely supportive, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Thank you so much for having us, we truly enjoyed every moment at this beautiful place. We can absolutely recommend this house and will definitely be back!

My family of 5, plus my brother, LOVED our stay here. House was big, with many rooms and sunrooms for everyone to have their own space. House was immaculate! Had everything we needed, but wasnt cluttered. It was decorated so beautifully and well thought out. It was perfect. Looked just like the pictures. This place is perfect for anyone, but especially families. The fenced in yard and screened in pool was perfect for us since we have kids, one being a toddler. The kids fav part was the pool! They swam every day. There are two big floats, but if you want more, bring your own. We also bought diving toys! Oh, and the huge tetris game was so fun for the kids. Thank you for hosting us 😊 we loved it.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a wonderful time!! We aren’t the most rowdy crowd, so quiet hours were no problem for us. Home had SO much to do we weren’t even able to do everything. Pool was beautiful. I paid to have it heated because I am a wimp from MN and it was so warm and wonderful. High quality with saltwater. We used fluffys mobile hibachi per the hosts recommendation and it was so cool and delicious! Highly recommend that. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. Bunk beds easily fit adults. It’s not very walkable as it is deep in a neighborhood, but we didn’t need that and expected to drive so not a problem for us at all! Very centrally located on the island which is awesome. We will definitely come back! I look forward to my next trip already!
