Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Holmes Beach

I had a little trouble getting in initially. There were extensive directions and links to videos to and instructions. The video were the most helpful part in locating access to theme apartment. It took about 30 mins to gain access after wandering around. After gaining access everything was fantastic. Cute, clean studio with great amenities in a wonderful location. I would absolutely stay at Toni’s place again!

Perfect location and amenities from the beach club across the street without the crowds was an awesome bonus. Pool and beach and gym access was amazing without having to pay for parking elsewhere. Just walk across the street. Apartment was homie and relaxing

We (two people from Germany) stayed here for a week, not for the first time – great location: close to Siesta Key, Lido Beach, and downtown; beautiful accommodation – very lovingly and beautifully furnished, we felt like we were at a friend's house; we had everything we needed, even all the beach equipment; Dan and Charles are great hosts. We would like to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit that we stayed in was clean, well maintained and had a nice mid-century Florida vibe. The beach was right across the street and there were a lot of restaurant and bar options within a short walk. Will be staying here again the next time I'm in the Tampa area.

Michael’s place was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The space had a simple and elegant style that made it feel instantly relaxing and welcoming. We had more than enough room to unwind, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—easy access to major roads and walking distance to great coffee shops. Michael was an outstanding host: responsive, helpful, and truly went the extra mile to make sure our stay was seamless.

Our unit was on the pool deck with a private sitting area , so we could walk right out from the unit to the pool. Everything downtown was walkable, nice fitness center, reserved parking and access to co-working space. It had everything! We will definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Sarasota and highly recommend it!

Casita at Central is named perfectly! It is definitely a casita where you can stay in and enjoy its peaceful nest and it is definitely centrally located where you can visit NOHO, SoHo or Downtown within 15-20 mins.

Absolutely loved the place. The host was very cooperative with everything during my stay. Highly recommended.

This adorable house was perfect and so comfortable to stay in for a few days, will absolutely stay again next time I come to Tampa.

My family of 6 stayed at Brian's home for vacation. The accommodations were perfect. plenty of space, clean and decorated nicely. The backyard space was great to come home to after a day at the beach. Our family pet traveled with us as well. We felt as if it hit all of the high points we were looking for. Great place to stay. Centrally located for all the area beaches and a quick uber drive from St Pete airport. In a neighborhood that was quite and still had a very private feel to the outdoor spaces. Definitely would stay again!

Place was great for our extended family vacation. It's in a local neighborhood that was quiet but still very close to the beach. The home was very clean and comfortable for everyone. The pool was nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool table, grill, outdoor patio, and movie room. We appreciated all of the little amenities and stocked mini bar. We had two small asks that they addressed the very next day. The kitchen was well appointed and the overall floor plan worked really well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing place. Everything was perfect. The only issue was on our end as the house lists a "spa" along with the pool. We assumed that meant hot tub but the water was the same temperature as the pool and we were really looking forward to a hot tub for evening relaxation. The description should note that it's not a hot tub.

Great house with plenty of space for a larger group - everything was very clean and the hosts were very responsive to any and all messages. The house is positioned right on the river and just a short walk to a local restaurant, which is very convenient. The backyard is private and has plenty of seating to relax with a view. We would return if we were to ever be in the area again!

What an amazing stay! We had such a good time at Johnny‘s place, and would love to come back. The house is in pristine condition and I had my EV, so the on-site charger was a great bonus that allowed us to stay on the island the whole time without having to worry about charging. It is thoughtfully decorated, and really close to everything. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our time at The Strand! It was beautiful, peaceful, and private! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the pelicans in the mornings and evenings! Our son especially loved fishing off the docks everyday. The condo itself was gorgeous and perfect for our family of 3! Highly recommend and would stay here again…actually planning on booking it for next year!

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

I chose the condo due to the reviews and location and it did not disappoint. We were actually invited to check in a little bit earlier, which was perfect for us to get our girls weekend underway. The condo was beautiful, well decorated and very comfortable and welcoming. The bottle of wine as a welcome gift was the perfect touch to get our weekend started. Only 2 miles from the beach and very close to shopping and other things that we needed. All I can say is that the weekend and it too soon and that is the only bad thing, everything else from the condo to the pool to the ease of everything from check in to check out. It was an amazing weekend and I’m so glad we chose to stay there. Thank you again and I will definitely use you in the future.

We had amazing stay! It was a long weekend get away for some rest and relaxation! The place was very clean and had everything as described. Lived the Adirondack chairs to use in the beach!!!! Thanks for a great stay. Hope to visit again!
